Andy did a great job, he has many resources to pull from to get any job done.  He is very reasonable price wise and easy to work with.  My houses are very old and had many challenges.    The new mudroom was very tricky because I wanted a closet in the space and sufficient room to put a bench and wall coat rack, but he had to get the whole room to fit between the outside basement stairs on one side and a window on the other side, it also had to line-up with the second story windows.   It turned out perfectly.  I wanted to use the attic for storage so I wanted the rafters insulated but they were only 2x4's so he had to add 2x6's to each rafter so I could have R39 insulation, also the floor had all the wires on it so he had to increase the height of the floor joists to put down a floor.  The barn roof is barrel shaped and over 2 stories high so it also was a challenge because it is all roof including the sides. This building was neglected for many years it needed alot of wood replaced and painting.   He also replaced a metal roof on another building and painted it.  Both buildings look great.  I love my kitchen and bath remodel at my other house and the open concept after removing the walls and a window.
