Very pleased with all the work. Room looks a zillion times better. John gave a detailed description of his proposed work, and asked important questions to determine exactly what I wanted. His proposal was specific and all-inclusive, He was always prompt, and very professional. He was flexible in fitting my time considerations into his workload. Painters are easy to find, but I was lucky to find someone who can wallpaper and do all the extras to make everything look even better than I'd hoped.

John sub'd the sheet rock and crown molding part of the job to Don Zienty of Lakeshore Builders. Don came in on a Saturday and completed the entire process of hanging the sheet rock on the ceiling and installing crown molding throughout the entire room in just over 4 hours. He did an excellent job. On Monday John came in and taped the entire ceiling and filled all screw and nail holes. He finished the entire job on Tuesday afternoon. John is a perfectionist and it showed in his work. The ceiling, including the crown molding, look perfect. I am completely satisfied with both Don and John's work. Both men arrived when they said they would and worked diligently throughout their stay. Very professional tradesmen.

John did a few different projects for us. He fixed a couple holes in the drywall (one small and one large) and repainted. Did a great job with that. He also fixed our front door which was rotting due to poor craftsmanship when our house was built. He resealed and repainted it very nicely. Overall he was great to work with and even gave me advice on how to D.I.Y my bathroom which is full of mold and mildew due to poor ventilation. I would recommend John to anyone needing repairs or painting.

You wouldn't know any repair work has been done because he's done it so well and painted over it perfectly. He's a very pleasant man. He's on time, if he says he'll be here at 9, the doorbell rings at 9. He's very clean and neat in his work. He cleans up so thoroughly after himself. His work is very precise. He doesn't have a boombox blaring while he works and he's not running out to smoke. He works while he's here and only stops to eat lunch which he insists to bring himself. I didn't even get other estimates because I knew I would be OK with his price and most importantly his work. He is the answer to any woman's dream of having someone do work in their home.
