They not only responded with a general quote very quickly (within 20min), they were able to schedule a technician to come out within 48 hours. On the day of my appointment, the technician (Charlie) texted me to let me know that he was on the way and gave me an ETA which was great since I have large dogs that I need a few minutes to square away.
