Patrick is an amazing professional!! He cleaned four rooms, three runners, two rugs, and two chairs. Reasonably priced, Patrick is honest in his estimates and doesn't overcharge for his services!! Plus, he is such a warm and personable man, and great to do business with!! After he finished cleaning my carpets from the dirt and grime stains, pet urine, and pet smells, they looked "sparkling" (if that's possible, smelled fresh, and looked as good as new!!) He also cleaned two oversized stuffed chairs that my two little kitties have called their own and removed their stains. Since I discovered Matrix Cleaning Services five years ago, they have been my go-to company for all of my carpet and upholstery cleaning!! Forget about the franchise companies that don't service you as expected (I know since I hired nearly all of them before I met Patrick and his company). For more than 20 years, I have hired carpet cleaning services, and have never been quite pleased with the quality of their services. They were average (some below or worst) but they were not great. Now, after my service with Matrix Cleaning Systems, I can say that I have found a truly great carpet/rug/runner cleaning company!! And they are going to be cleaning my home moving forward!! From the first contact with Patrick (the owner) to the time he walked out the door, he had a customer-focused attitude. He isn't your "traditional" carpet cleaning service, and his techniques for removing stains and ground-in dirt were amazing!! In fact, I had small urine stains from one of our kittens from a year ago on a 10-year-old couch that two cleaning services could never completely get out. It was "cleaned" but still had the circles and darkened spots in places. I was ready to toss and purchase a new one when enter Patrick. He went to work on the stains and after putting on the spot remover, sanitizing, then doing the cleaning he made the couch look brand new!!! No kidding. The rest of the cleaning, from the carpets, area rugs, and runners looked as if I had just purchased them.
