"I have appointment at 6:40 PM on 9Sep21 and I reached there around that time. No greetings or enquiry, they just time passing with some peppers work. Entire time they spent with one customer. I have waited until 7:20 PM and left the place. Never recommend or never go there again. I would not recommend to anybody. Such horrible and unprofessional experience."

"I am sorry to have to leave negative feedback for DVD, but they did not make good on our deal. We bought a Beko dishwasher and it came with a rebate. When we tried to get the rebate, Beko refused to honor it even though it was valid. We contacted DVD to assist which they promised to do. It has been over a month now and DVD just keeps giving us the run-around. Terrible customer service. I won't buy from them again."
