Installer did not replace pad in 1 bedroom, hallway and stairway, even though we ordered and paid for new padding throughout. In addition, one seam is poorly done & very visible. After a two month process, they replaced the pad. They refused to do anything about the seam.

The intallation was terrible! I called the sales person and indicated he would come out and take a look at the job. I am stlll waiting!
It is embarassing. The job was terrible! We won't be doing any jobs with this firm any more and I do not mind sharing this with my friends!

We had used thjis firm before with good results. This time the person that approached us was very negative.We did meet the person who we worked with previously. He was helpful. The price seemed high but we went ahead with the project. The carpet on our front stoop was not installed in an acceptable manner. I contacted the sales person and he indicated he swould come out an look at it. As far as I know he never showed up. We will never do business with Carpet Weavers again!

We were greeted in a friendly manner. The sales person was very helpful and informative, yet did not smother us. She helped us find the best deal and even told us about upcoming sale events. The carpet was delivered and installed in a timely manner. We love our new carpet!

Although the salesperson dragged his feet a little on getting the materials in and I had to wait almost 6 weeks to have the transition pieces installed (wrong color the first time), I couldn't be happier with the finished project. The hardwood layer was the same man who laid my kitchen floor 14 years earlier and he is absolutely excellent. The carpet layers were not quite as professional, but they did a good job and were very quick. I would definitely recommend Carpet Weavers.

We were very pleased with their work. We were surprised with the worker's diligence. If I ever need anymore carpet help I would go back to them.

do have some kind of idea what you want have a date in mind as far as installation

We called for their FREE ESTIMATE. They worked with our schedule to get the gentleman out to measure our rooms. The gentleman was very polite and punctual. He answered questions that we had on measuring out for vinyl around the doors. He went over every measurement with us. Confirmed which closet we wanted done. For example, we have two closets in the living room. One we wanted carpet in and the other one that is next to the kitchen we didn't since we use it as a pantry. When the salesman called, he was very polite and knowledgeable. When I went in to meet with him, he didn't try to talk me into carpet that was out of my price range. He showed me everything in my price range and even came up with a couple of carpets that was lower than my price range that I loved. Everything was explained in detail on the steps to get my carpet installed (i.e. scheduling, financing). They agreed with my request to have the vinyl installed on a Tuesday and the carpet installed on a Thursday. Again they worked with my schedule. On the both days of installation, the installers arrived on time and went straight to work. Everything was completed in a timely manner and the installers didn't hesitate to answer any of my questions. And when they were done.....all I had to do was vacuum and enjoy my new carpet. They left a little dust, but that was it! I would recommend Carpet Weavers to my friends and family.

Overall the project went well. The purchase and installation were hassle free. However, due to some miscommunication between salesman and installer, the latter did not show up on the appointed day. The salesman was very apologetic. Installer arrived promptly a couple of days later.
