It was horrible.
Description of Work: I sent over 7,000.00 on furniture. When we received it , it was not what we ordered. They lied to us and said that is what we wanted and only refunded the difference. Had to send the leather chairs back because the leather stretched when people would sit on it and would not go back to regular form.

Not well. Our sales agent never called to see about the problem let alone apologize for her mistake. Poor customer appreciation
Description of Work: Ordered a dining room set spent almost $7000 We were told and paid extra for the top of the table to be thicker. It was delivered with the smaller top. We were told that it was "ordered correctly". Our sales girl J...a never called us to apologize for the error or even try to make it right. They did take off $250 plus the extra $100 that we paid for the thicker top. Never will I spend a dime there again! Go to Chicago! Not here!
