I have recently received a threatening letter from a collection agency through Angies List. They have suggested that they are going to take me to court and sue me. It is down to the point they are harassing me at all times of the day, even late at night. This is not acceptable, I called them to discuss the issue and after a heated debate they turned round and said just sue the company. This activity and response is totally unprofessional and rude. I have never dealt with anyone so degrading.

Please don't let this company take anyone else for a ride and have the experience that I have been through.

Didn't hook-up phone, but charged me for the phone service.  TV did not work, could not get any programming.  I have been to the office to work it out three times.  I keep receiving bills for $350.00   I have been charged for services that I haven’t received.  I only had one month of complete service but they want $350.00.  I have since gone back to satellite. Don't deal with them. They are dishonest and they cheat. Every time I have gone to the office to speak with someone to deal with this, the person is on "vacation". Every time I am on the phone with someone, I get hung up on!

Over the phone I told the sales rep I did not want the motion detector that was on the package. I requested a door/window sensor instead. The rep told me this was approved. I received the bill and saw I was charged for this. I have called the company 3 times to try to get this resolved and have yet to do so. They have an external vendor that does their billing and every time I call I am transferred to them and they tell me they have no authorization to change charges that were made. I even wrote down the sales reps name from the first call 3 months ago. I don't understand why I can't get this resolved. I love the service however, the billing is terrible.
