"I hired Hargrave Investment Property Solution, to professionally dig 5 post holes using 8ft large, heavy steel posts. He was very inquisitive and made sure he understood what i wanted done. I tell you that young man was very professional, charismatic, attentive, knowledgeable, patient, precise and detailed. My posts are straight, even, lined up and the foot of the post he installed looks uniformed too. The young man Phillip knows what he is doing and is great at it. He took his time to make sure the measurements were spot on and he finished digging and installing all 5 post holes well under 3 hours. I will most definitely hire him again for any future projects. Also I would refer him to all my family and friends because not only does he know what he is doing, he is honest and trustworthy too. It was a privilege to have met and hire him. "Called Angie's lost got these guys for a minor floor repair. Signed paperwork paid a deposit and then I changed myind the next day. Ask for my return deposit minus the 10% charge. Never recieved ot now we are in court!! Do not trust these guys they are cheats and thieves!!"

Dave informed me that he could do all the work and was quick to visit the work site and get me an estimate that same day. The work was professionally done and both the plumbers and electrician were very good in what they did. The job site was cleaned up when they left and everything is working well. I would definitely use Dave and Red Chicago Inc. again."

"Claudiu Curescu of RC Brothers Construction is an amazing contactor. I had interviewed three contactors. The first one just said some cost figures verbally for my repairs. The second contractor hand wrote some cost figures on a sheet of paper. Claidiu produced a truly professional online estimate on his letterhead and detailed the work requested and the related cost as an estimate. He was by far the most professional. His painter iand crew are superb and use high quality Benjamin Moore paint. They are all very clean and clean up throughout the process. They took down my wall hangings and painting then after rehung them without any damages. There was no damage to my furniture. The tile guy and his partner created a beautiful look and the work was first rate quality. The carpet guy upgraded my new carpeting too. It’s a besutiful carpeting. Claidiu’s two brothes are involved too. One brother does excellent electrical work and figured out and fixed a complicated electrical issue. "
