"I hired Hargrave Investment Property Solution, to professionally dig 5 post holes using 8ft large, heavy steel posts. He was very inquisitive and made sure he understood what i wanted done. I tell you that young man was very professional, charismatic, attentive, knowledgeable, patient, precise and detailed. My posts are straight, even, lined up and the foot of the post he installed looks uniformed too. The young man Phillip knows what he is doing and is great at it. He took his time to make sure the measurements were spot on and he finished digging and installing all 5 post holes well under 3 hours. I will most definitely hire him again for any future projects. Also I would refer him to all my family and friends because not only does he know what he is doing, he is honest and trustworthy too. It was a privilege to have met and hire him. "I contacted High Quality Painting LLC to repaint my fence after severely neglecting it for many years. Most of the paint was already stripped or peeling away, and had been for years, so there was significant damage to the wood as well. They were very confident about identifying the damaged boards and replacing them as well. When they got started, they found quite a few more damaged boards, and ultimately replaced more than what was quoted at no charge. They also recommended I get the fence stained instead of repainted, which is something I had not considered, and am very glad they pointed me in that direction because I think it will help prevent many of the problems I had in the future and be much easier to maintain. The workers were professional and willing to show up on incredibly hot days in between the rainy days to get the work done. I brought up another issue with the gate of the fence rubbing when opened, and that was also fixed at no charge which I appreciated."
