There were several problems. Job was messy and less professional than it should have been. The manager offered a discount and some of the work was redone but I am now noticing problems. I will try to contact them.

James, the sales person, was a delight to work with throughout the whole process. He was quick to reply to any questions I had. He listened and was able to deliver exactly what I wanted. I got estimates from 2 other companies, that were unable to build a large double hung window. Supreme was able to get me exactly what I wanted for less money than the other two companies. I would recommend this company to family and friends!

I really appreciate the hard work these guys in. We had a few hiccups in the beginning with the permits due to the Covid 19 pandemic and miscommunication. Overall, the owner on the company was very professional and pleasant to work with. His crew was awesome and very experienced. My family love the work they have completed. I noticed a difference in house temperature immediately. I highly recommend this company.

We could not have asked for better workmanship. The installers came in and put down tarps to protect the carpet and furniture. After the installation was completed they cleaned up everything so well that you wouldn't have know anything was done. The quality of the windows exceeded expectations as they were made of solid wood, not laminated presswood.

I received quotes from six companies as I had no frame of reference for window costs. They ranged from $14,000 to $32,000. James tied the lowest quote but his responsiveness, window features and warranty won the day. Plus he met our towns unique code requirements. The final product couldn’t have turned out better and his installers were fantastic. It was an instant and significant upgrade to our curb appeal and our furnace runs way less. When in doubt go with the full-size casement windows over the double hung. You won’t be disappointed. The double hung are great but the crank out casements just look stellar for a nominal price difference. 10/10 would use again. My windows have only been in for two weeks and I’ve already referred two people. If you’re price conscious yet still want quality this is the company.

Amazing prices and fast install. I purchased a set of 30 custom windows of different types and colors ranging from glass block + dryer vent to small basement windows to a large picture window. During quoting and measuring, James was made sure they all matched in style and the various internal trims to keep my old house's charm. And the crew installed everything in just a little over two days! The crew is fast but very qualified. They did a through job insulating the gaps where they removed old counterweighted double hung windows. James was very responsive throughout the process. A screen was received damaged and Supreme swapped the screening material without fuss. The new windows don't look different (exactly as I wanted) but they definitely feel different now that it's getting colder. I am very pleased with my new windows.

Went well and Supreme was the only window company of 4 called that told me that I didn't have to replace the transom windows above the ones that needed replacing. Saved me lots of money and the windows look great.

From the first meeting through installation the service was exceptional. All of my questions were answered (I needed an education in “Chicago” windows.) I now have affordable, gorgeous windows that are gauranteed!

From the time James and I spoke on the phone till the time he showed up at our door. He knows his product well. The whole process went smoothly from picking the door, getting a quote to install. The day of install the workers arrived on time and were quick and very clean. They cleaned up as they went and before they left. No issues at all. I would recommend them.

Lazarus was the form with 2 other workers on site and they did a good job replacing all windows, completed in about 4 1/2 hours. cleaned up the debris around the house. the only problem is I cannot put in window air conditioner in the bedrooms. the windows only open 10" and the a/c is a little over 12". it's been 2 weeks so I can't tell you how well the windows are for keeping out the cold as it's summer and it's very hot.

The install for 4 windows took about 3.5 hrs - the installers were very good very respectful did their job cleaned up well and even demonstrated the windows. This whole process was seamless. As a business owner myself I look for quality companies I can rely on and recommend to my clients without hesitation Supreme Windows & Exteriors will be on that list of highly recommended companies!

I couldn't have had a better experience with Supreme Windows! They were so responsive, very understanding of me when I had to miss an appointment, and were totally honest. They advised me to not use their service and, instead, go for the cheaper option of just replacing the glass. I really appreciated their candor. They really had my best interest at heart, and I'd hire them in a second the next time I need window replacement.

The owner is one of a kind! Two of my neighbors are using them now.

Right from the start, this has been a good experience. We needed 3 front room windows replaced so we had several contractors come in and give us an estimate. These guys had the best price and sales pitch. Their windows are very high quality and the price was good. It took a couple of weeks for the windows to come in then they came out and installed them the same week the windows came in. I could not be happier with the windows, or the installation crew. Will definitely call them when we need to replace the rest of the windows.
