Excellent work. They installed a high-efficiency gas furnace which presented challenges given the exhaust path available. The work was completed quickly on the planned dates. When a pressure valve for the AC malfunctioned this summer, they were right on it. They are a very good local business and I highly recommend them.

These guys are great! A tech from a competitor company told me I needed a new furnace, shut my gas off saying it was unsafe, and tried to pressure me into a financing a new one. .I didn't believe him and called Wolfe. The Wolfe guy tested my furnace, said it was fine, and had it running in about 5 minutes. Wolfe and Son will always be my go-to HVAC contractor!

John was very helpful with helping us determine the best systems for our needs and budget. The crew was very pleasant and did a great job. Happy to support a local family owned business.

These are folks we'd used twice before and we were quite happy with. However, our last interactin with them was just terrible. During their tech's last visit, he turned off the master switch to the whole house attic fan while he was checking out the relay to the A/C. Don't blame him for doing that - he likely thought that the switch was relevant to the A/C unit since it was in the same vicinity. What happened afterwards is what this review is about. When I found the attic fan I immediately suspected some switch had been turned off by the A/C tech, so to check I called Wilson and Sons. The service manager (John?) rudely blew me off with "Our tech wouldn't have done anything like that!". Thinking that there was a more serious problem (and because I now have difficulty going up to the attic - the access is quite small) I decided to call an electrician who immediately discovered the switch was off - while (understandably) charging me $100 for a service call. This coupled with Wolfe and Sons disorganized response to their past service call (see my previous review) has made me decide to never use them again. There are better HVAC folks, and certainly more professional and polite ones.

The company is competent but a bit disorganized. Service manager was very responsive. Interactions with the techs were mixed. The first tech suggested we wait till the problem recurred. The second tech was unable to go into the attic where the A/C was (although I had informed the company that the A/C was in the attic when I made the first appointment) The last tech seemed the most knowledgeable and fixed the issue. Scheduling was also somewhat disorganized. The last tech showed up without notice; luckily I was home. Also, the company charged an unexpected service charge of $99 over and above the cost of the actual work done. All that said, I will use them again. They're pretty friendly, overall cost wasn't too bad, and the problem was ultimately fixed.

Air conditioner went out on a hot, muggy Sunday with house guests for the weekend. Ed came out and had the air conditioning back on in about 10 minutes. He had the capacitor he needed on his truck. I have a service contract with them.

Tom the technician who has been servicing our HVAC system for over 20 years came out and performed the service. Checked the system out and replaced air diaphragm as routine maintenance.

Great.. The technician was punctual and knowledgeable and corrected the noise problem. Sercive was reasonably priced and I will continue to call them for all of my ac and heating services,

I was in the hospital in the Spring so they did it for me when I was home. I wouldn't keep using them if I didn't like them. They are prompt. They are in and out. If there is a problem with anything they let me know, and we decide what to do about it. They did have a problem last Fall with no enough staff, so they didn't get out here when they needed to. They always call before they come.

Didn't have enough people available so they couldn't come and do my air conditioning service.

They let me choose what system I wanted. Came when they said they would. They do good work.

They do really fine work. Have been using them for many years. They were great about replacing a fan in the unit rather then tell me I needed a new unit. Their prices are moderate and with the one exception they are here when they say so. Had to order the part and came the next day.

Wolfe and Sons installed new gas lines from the meter, including one to the attic for our upstairs unit. They also installed two complete systems. The estimate process was quick and complete. Once we awarded the job he sent a crew of three techs to our home and they completed the job in two days. The guys were polite and courteous and did a great job!!!!!

I have been very pleased with them up until recently. I have a service contract with them. They didn't send me a notice for the summer service. When I called when I realized that no one had been here, they said that some of their regular customers hadn't received their notes. I asked if they could send someone out, they said that they had lost their service guy. This was back in September and they were just here yesterday. Their service is really good, they had lost some people, and couldn't get out to service the unit. They normally have good service, and I've had them for 16 years. They come when they say they are going to. I have a service contract and the only thing that I had to pay for was a filter. They could have more service men on call.

The quote was for an lennox, at 92% efficiency. Everything was fair, honest. Did not try to sell me things that I did not need. They provide an better product, at an much better price. They are straightforward.

Fantastic, never had any problems with this unit. Family owned business, honest, trustworthy, that is what stood out to me.
