"The service was prompt (7:30 on the mark!) and duct cleaning was done well. They thoroughly cleaned all the ducts. The house smelled very clean afterwards. For the time of the request, they were able to immediately come out to the home. However, some areas of improvement is in their process of cleaning /setup. Vents in the basement were open and significant dust fell on the floor... I think they can notify the customer of the dust left or preferably clean it up. They also had to remove a basement window to bring in the vacuum hose (which is fine), but when they did not put it back right it caused cold air to enter the basement. I think these little, but somewhat impactful details is what differentiates a good company from a great company. And Im sure these are areas they can improve on.

Two days later, he was at my home, where he did a fantastic job of clearing all the hair and junk out of my dryer vent. He showed me what to look for outside and how to keep that area clear, gave me tips on keeping the dryer vent clean moving forward, and even pointed out a few things to extend the life of my washing machine (even though he wasn't there to service the machine - it runs fine). He's punctual, professional and personable and I enjoyed talking with him while he was working. My dryer now dries in less than half the time it took before it was serviced (guess I was overdue!). "The visit was uneventful. The technicians showed up in a timely manner, inspected our furnace emission site and dryer vent site in addition to the chimney inspection. They were thorough and showed me several areas that would become a problem later for the chimney. They also provided quotes for the potential work in a timely manner. I would recommend them to others and will use them again. They also gave me a card for free firewood that needs to be punched upon receipt of the goods and the last pick up is timed with scheduling the next chimney inspection.
