"They were very responsive, making an appointment to be onsite only a business day or two after being called. The technician was polite and answered questions before beginning the job. The process only took a few hours and once the grout had fully dried the floor looked almost new. I had never tried having a tile floor professionally cleaned and I am very pleased with the result. Bella did a great job and I would use them again."

"Excellent job. They provided the most competitive price for the job out of three estimates I received and performed the work in a very short amount of time. "Keith and his crew did a great job. They were professional, friendly and honest. Towels were laid down on my floors and they wore booties so nothing was damaged or dirty. House smelled clean and carpets/furniture looked brand new again! Stains from pets came out. No complaints. We will use TNT again!!!"

"This company is very professional.  David came to my home for an estimate.  He tested the floor in several spots to make sure their system would work.  On the day of service they were punctual, professional, and in uniform.  No one smelled like cigarettes, and they were amazingly courteous.  When the job was complete, I was asked if I wanted to inspect their work.  It was a great job and I happily paid."

"We hired Luis Flooring & More to expand and remodel our master bathroom. It was a pretty big project and we had done the design on our own. With Luis' help we modified the bathroom and shower plans to create our dream bathroom. Luis and his crew were always courteous and on time to work on the job. The tile work in the bathroom, floor and shower turned out really great and he is a perfectionist. This can lead to the job taking a bit longer but he is determined to get it just right which we really appreciated. I'd recommend this company for any work you have, specifically tile."

Floor Polishers questions, answered by experts

Yes, you can polish an existing concrete floor—as long as the slab is structurally sound and in good shape. In fact, that’s what makes this type of flooring upgrade so appealing. Polishing works best on bare concrete with minimal surface damage, although you can usually repair cracks and stains before the grinding and buffing begins. Instead of ripping out your existing concrete floor, polishing it can turn it into a high-shine showpiece that’s both practical and sleek.

Costs depend on floor type, area size, and additional services like waxing or sealing.

Using too much soap or floor cleaner can leave your laminate floors looking dirty or cloudy after mopping. Only use a teaspoon of soap or cleaning solution in a gallon of water. Additionally, always be sure to sweep or vacuum laminate floors before mopping to ensure you pick up dried grit, hair, and dust that can be harder to catch with a wet mop.

You can buff out small scratches or indentations from your hardwood floor, but refinishing is your best bet if you have larger areas that need work. Floors in relatively good shape but have lost their luster can be restored with thorough buffing. If your finish has worn off in areas or if you have sun or water damage, you should go with refinishing instead.

Before starting on a full refinishing project, determine if your floors need to be completely sanded down to the bare wood or if the damage is shallow and mostly cosmetic. Deep scratches and gouges will require you to rough sand using a drum sander or belt sander, but small surface scratches or floors that have only lost their luster don’t need a complete overhaul. Instead, you can skip the rough sanding step and sand-screen the old finish with a buffer, removing only the top layer of polyurethane.
