But from old storm windows and not knowing how they were put in originally. There was some unknown things that was learned from the job being completed. I will have the siding of the house slightly done to match really good for what I wanted later on. My only concern is better communication with sentri homes. Overall they were great when I did talk to them."

Update: My roof was leaking in 1-2 spots the next day (but I will say my roof is in bad need of replacing on this side). Agape came out during a horrendous storm and were up on the roof as soon as it cleared to fix it. Problem solved.

Update:  I put a down payment down on the roof replacement last month; the work is not scheduled yet; and after reading some of the negative reviews from this summer, I am getting concerned about completion. I took a loan out for this!

UPDATE: After cashing a deposit in October, Mike still has not scheduled my roof and has missed multiple deadlines to schedule the work (I consistently asked for a window of time) and to provide various documentation on the work he will perform. I have document texts, emails, and phone logs--which show either a lack of professional and appropriate response or illness and being overbooked. After missing a 3rd deadline for a response, I am requesting my deposit back. For these reasons, I am changing my rating of this providers."
