A&W worked directly with our home insurance company to verify the full cost of the roof replacement and that it would be fully covered under our insurance policy. The roof was replaced in one day. Their was a minor issue with the quality of the fascia that was replaced on one side of the house but it was resolved satisfactorily in a timely manner. "Got 3 bids. From home depot, Pella, and window world.  chose window world. We don't have a big house so it was not a high price ticket for them, but we also wanted good windows, tempered glass, energy efficient, and a finished look outside for our new Hardy Board cement siding.  They are the only ones who listened to what we wanted instead of sell us what they wanted.  Installation was quick, efficient, professional, like we were an important client.  We love our new windows.  We are going to put in a new garage door soon,  called them. Its a shame they do not do garage doors in St Louis area.

He worked with us in gathering the necessary pictures/information to have our insurance company send out another agent to take a look at everything. Their sales person spoke very highly of their installation crews (after some other firms assured me that they watch their installers very closely so nothing bad happens that was supposed to make me feel better?). The clean up crew was great and the whole job for the entire exterior of my house was done in two days. They installed siding for the whole house, installed soffit and fascia boards, and installed the gutters and downspouts. The house looks phenomenal and they did a really great job.
