Their was a minor issue with the quality of the fascia that was replaced on one side of the house but it was resolved satisfactorily in a timely manner. "Got 3 bids. From home depot, Pella, and window world.  chose window world. We don't have a big house so it was not a high price ticket for them, but we also wanted good windows, tempered glass, energy efficient, and a finished look outside for our new Hardy Board cement siding.  They are the only ones who listened to what we wanted instead of sell us what they wanted.  Installation was quick, efficient, professional, like we were an important client.  We love our new windows.  We are going to put in a new garage door soon,  called them. Its a shame they do not do garage doors in St Louis area.

He assisted us with coordination requirements between the insurance company and contractor, he ensured the work performed was done professionally, he always made himself available for questions, and he kept a positive and professional demeanor from the start of the project to the completion of the project. Their sales person spoke very highly of their installation crews (after some other firms assured me that they watch their installers very closely so nothing bad happens that was supposed to make me feel better?). It's easy to see why they have such confidence in their installers. The window/door installation was super smooth. Those guys were total pros. And the siding took 4 days and looks really remarkable. You can scrutinize every panel, every corner, every seam and it all looks great. I can recommend these people without reservation."
