"I have nothing but good things to say about Window World. I saw their distintive Elvis commercial during one of the morning news programs and called them. I moved into my house in March 2012 and knew I had to get all the original windows replaced. They had the chain mechanism along the sides that let a winter breeze blow directly into the house.
A sales rep came to the house and explained their product and their process. He did not attempt to sell me the higher priced options, and even discouraged me from ordering a bow window. I wish all businesses had their order form. It clearly listed a price for each item and option, and the customer can figure out how much each scenario would cost. That makes it very easy to add or delete options to get to a price you're comfortable with.
The installers arrived right on time and set to work. They repeated the measurements before starting. They replaced ten windows very systematically. They taped plastic sheeting around each one so dust and dirt wouldn't get into the house, then removed and replaced one window at a time. The windows and trim were beautiful, and they cleaned up everything on the outside of the house. There really wasn't anything to clean up inside. I still get complements on the windows from visitors and my neighbors.
I have recommended the company to anyone interested in new windows. They also replace doors, and I will probably contact them about my front door. I can definitely tell a difference in my electric bill.

Our insurance provider was dragging their feet for months and declining us a new roof when Brian from Coldstream was confident that our entire roof needed to be replaced. He worked with us in gathering the necessary pictures/information to have our insurance company send out another agent to take a look at everything. "Richards Roofing replaced our roof about 18 months ago, and did a good job. At some point, we began very occasionally hearing a rattling noise from up in the attic during windy periods. It was very rare, but it eventually seemed like it might be coming from the roof. I called Richards Roofing, and they came out the next morning. They did a thorough investigation (including going up on the roof with a blower) and thought it might be a gutter cover that was causing the noise. For now, we pulled the gutter cover to see if that fixes it. My main point is that 18 months after the job, they came straight out no questions asked to look into a reported problem. Based on that, I would definitely use again and recommend them to others."

"I was pretty nervous at the start of the project. I have high standards and don't know a lot about this kind of work. Their sales person spoke very highly of their installation crews (after some other firms assured me that they watch their installers very closely so nothing bad happens that was supposed to make me feel better?). It's easy to see why they have such confidence in their installers. The window/door installation was super smooth. Those guys were total pros. And the siding took 4 days and looks really remarkable. You can scrutinize every panel, every corner, every seam and it all looks great. I can recommend these people without reservation."

"They were top notch from top to bottom! The sales person got back to me and answered all my questions, the installation crew was incredible and they did a really great job and there are very little seams on my whole house. The clean up crew was great and the whole job for the entire exterior of my house was done in two days. They installed siding for the whole house, installed soffit and fascia boards, and installed the gutters and downspouts. The house looks phenomenal and they did a really great job.
