"Got 3 bids. From home depot, Pella, and window world.  chose window world. We don't have a big house so it was not a high price ticket for them, but we also wanted good windows, tempered glass, energy efficient, and a finished look outside for our new Hardy Board cement siding.  They are the only ones who listened to what we wanted instead of sell us what they wanted.  Installation was quick, efficient, professional, like we were an important client.  We love our new windows.  We are going to put in a new garage door soon,  called them. Its a shame they do not do garage doors in St Louis area.

"Richards Roofing replaced our roof about 18 months ago, and did a good job. At some point, we began very occasionally hearing a rattling noise from up in the attic during windy periods. It was very rare, but it eventually seemed like it might be coming from the roof. I called Richards Roofing, and they came out the next morning. They did a thorough investigation (including going up on the roof with a blower) and thought it might be a gutter cover that was causing the noise. For now, we pulled the gutter cover to see if that fixes it. My main point is that 18 months after the job, they came straight out no questions asked to look into a reported problem. Based on that, I would definitely use again and recommend them to others."

Their sales person spoke very highly of their installation crews (after some other firms assured me that they watch their installers very closely so nothing bad happens that was supposed to make me feel better?). It's easy to see why they have such confidence in their installers. The window/door installation was super smooth. Those guys were total pros. And the siding took 4 days and looks really remarkable.
