Joint Sealing Solutions, this team is amazing. The team went above and beyond and did a beautiful job. They poured a new patio with a step up into the house, and rebuilt a retaining wall that was failing. They not only repaired the wall but also fixed a large hole in the driveway where there used to be a tree. Added dirt, seeded, put straw down on the side of the wall. They used the existing brick to save me money. They came out quick and finished fast. Cleaned everything up and I just cannot say enough about them. If you need work done you should absolutely hire them for the job! I had a bad contractor experience, but they made me feel confident that they would do a GREAT Job and they went beyond GREAT. Blake put a sealant on my 15 year old driveway, walkway and porch before finishing off by doing my masonry mailbox. Looks great today, just waiting for the winter elements to arrive. Blake was very knowledgeable in regards to the effects of salt and "ice melt" and how to possibly avoid future deterioration of the driveway now that it is professionally sealed.

Iâ  ve been in construction all my working career, from small residential projects to very large commercial and industrial projects. I know good service and recognize expertise. Joint Sealing Solutions sealed our exposed aggregate driveway and caulked the expansions joints beautifully. They were very responsive, professional in their communications, followed through on the timing of the project, even with a few challenges not related to them and did very high-quality work. They finished our work a few days ago and Iâ  ve already given their contact info to a family member.

We needed the garage floor taken out and replaced. It is not easy to find a company that makes you feel confident immediately, but Blake gave us a bid and later came out to check out the work to be done. We were sure his company was the right one to choose. He is not the cheapest or the most expensive, but he is the best choice you can make. They did a great job. Friendly, professional and beautiful. One of our neighbors works in construction and was very impressed with the results. We would recommend them to anyone who needs concrete work done. They are the best.

Searching for reliable and reasonable professionals during a pandemic can be a challenge. We found this company from a "recommendation list" and looked at the website and, of course, compared prices since this was not a job that would be covered by any insurance. Blake talked with us, got the layout worked out, sent the estimate (priced about in the middle) and we were more than satisfied with his work. The crew arrived very early and traveled a bit of a distance to start the job. The driveway was basically completed in a day and the next morning the clean-up was accomplished in record time. We are very pleased with the results and the excellent work ethics of Blake and the crew. He was always available to answer any questions before, during, and even after the project was completed. We will definitely be calling again for our next home improvement.

I had a 12x48 patio/carport built, a sidewalk replaced and a gravel driveway installed. They did an excellent job, were right on time, and extremely helpful and friendly. I will be hiring them again to seal my main asphalt driveway. Excellent company.

Excellent experience from start to finish! Blake came to see our project to replace driveway and back patio. Our proposal came the next day. He was not the cheapest but not the most expensive. His knowledge and passion made me want to work with his company. We're glad we did! The communication was great, the crew friendly and helpful. The team worked together really well. It was very hot but everyone kept their cool and they even did some extra tasks at the last minute. Great for residential, but don't forget about them when your street needs resurfacing. They do blacktop also! Awesome family owned, newer company that will be in business for many years to come.

Blake was amazing from the first time he came to our home to look at the scope of our project and work up our estimate thru the completion of our new driveway and sidewalks. The day that he and his crew came to our home to demo out our old driveway & walk he found that there had been NO substrate under either and there was significant erosion because of this. He went above and beyond by ordering extra gravel to shore up the substrate without increasing the cost of the work. His team was professional, friendly, and kept our yard cleaned up while they were working. We would have no hesitation in recommending Blake & his company to our friends and family if they needed concrete work. And, we would also be happy to work with them again in the future for any additional projects.

Wife is happy!!!! I'm happy Blake and his crew excavated and put in a large retaining wall, built planters and poured a concrete pad for a hot tub. They listened and explained. Although not the cheapest bid, I felt very comfortable knowing what we were going to get. Blake and crew were honest, cared, knowledgeable and you get what you pay for.

Blake did an outstanding job, you can tell from the final results he put pride and talent for his craft into it. I have another project that I will bring him back to my residence again.

I found out about Joint Sealing Solutions through HomeAdvisor.com after we started having doubts about the original guy we were going to have do our driveway. Almost as soon as I clicked "submit" on the HomeAdvisor site, Blake from Joint Sealing Solutions called me. I explained that I needed a driveway removed and replaced yesterday, as we were putting our house on the market the following week. He came out to assess the driveway within two hours after his call. We had a quote by the end of business that day. Blake understood that time was of the essence and returned with his crew later that week to remove and replace our old driveway. Even despite the time crunch, he made sure to notify the utility companies to come out and mark off the yard and made sure that his permits were in place with the city. He was also consciencious about the noise ordinance within the city limits. Ultimately, he and his crew took two days to remove the old driveway, much of the walkway in the front yard, and repour the driveway. He also filled in where the old walkway was and quoted my neighbor to do his walkway as well. The driveway and yard are absolutely beautiful and will give our home true curb appeal when we put it on the market next week. Blake's service was fast, friendly, and professional every step of the way. He kept in constant communication with us the entire time, which in my opinion, is the most important thing when you are a homeowner hiring a contractor to do a job. I would highly recommend this team to do your concrete work. I can only kick myself for not finding them on HomeAdvisor sooner.
