It went very well! I had one issue with the work and they promptly resolved it to my satisfaction.

New windows in the family room leak more than the old. Windowa have been replaced 3 times. I have plastic over the windows. Cold air blows in around the sides. The other windows in the house aren't as bad. I gave up since the moisture and ice inside is from 'high humidity' wnenever they come out. Don't waste your money.

i signed the contract November 16 to have 12 windows replaced; one of which was broken. (since another one was broken). I was told it would be about 12 weeks due to the Covid-19 problem. Today is Feb 26. It has been 15 weeks and still no windows. I am told the installation is scheduled for March 9. I have been told the windows arrived at Window World 3 weeks ago. I have called the company many times explaining the broken and leaking window. Receptionist told me that they understand and that my file is on their desk. As soon as the windows arrived they would schedule an install as soon as possible. Three four weeks later is ridicules. I feel that once I paid the required deposit I ceased to be a customer and became simply a number on the list. I do not believe they have been honest with me with time frame. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM!!!!!

The service went very well. They were good to do business with. They were clean and I was happy with the result.

Never written a review in my life, but felt I should warn others of my experience. The salesman told us that they schedule when all products have come in. We made our appointment and got a call a week later that our sliding door wasn't in. We decided to keep our appointment for the windows. SInce we were painting our house I had asked the salesman if it was ok to paint near the windows or if there would be damage and I should wait. He said the crew would do some things with the install that it would be fine to paint. Well our windows have been installed and about half the windows took minor to significant damage. Our hardwood floor received a knick in it as did our granite countertop. When calling to follow up, I had to call again because I never received a call. The appointment wasn't kept the first time and then I had to reschedule again. I learned at this meeting that it is up to me, or you the customer, to seek bids in getting the damage repaired as the installers are contracted out; not Window World employees. A month later our sliding door is in and supposed to be installed today. I got a call 30 minutes after potential arrival time that that won't be happening today. Please understand this is a quick snapshot of my experience; there is certainly more to all of this and sorry I did not include pictures of the damage. Our windows were installed and they all had this gunk on it. As customers, I think you expect something new to look new. Anyone replace a floor, cabinets, or anything else in their home thinking you'll have to repair additional damage done? I sure didn't. When I called and asked to speak to a manager about all of this I was told a message would be passed on. A month later, I have yet to receive that call. In conclusion, I would avoid Window World. The customer care of providing a new, clean product that is well installed, home cared for, attention to fix issues, or that you'll take off work to be present for install doesn't seem to matter. Save yourself and your home the hassle and headache; find another company.

It took 3 months to get 1 window installed by Window World. When they showed up, the new window was already damaged. They didn't think to check if the custom window they ordered arrived to them in proper condition. They showed up, opened the box, and said they had to cancel and could provide no details regarding when they would be able to come back. They're response was "we hate it when this happens". Their prices are decent, however, it takes forever and they can provide no details and hardly are able to take the time to even talk to you.

I actually work for Window World and I don't usually review my place of work but I want to tell you that our owmers run an honest and wonderful company. I am proud to work there and proud of our products and lifetime warranty. The really care about their customers and employees and are definitely practicing safe working conditions during this pandemic. Don't hesitate to call.

We were told that our windows leaked because they were improperly installed. Jason Squires showed me the exposed J-Channel that was causing the issue. We paid Window World St Louis to replace the windows. The windows still leak. Now that we've paid for, and had windows installed, Window World's foreman has told us that the problem was never the windows, and there is nothing they will do.

Great! They had an earlier window in their schedule so we got them installed earlier than expected. It was quick, professional and clean. They look beautiful.

Sales, Office and Installers were all very professional and quick. I am very happy with ALL of the work and interactions with Window World and would do business with them again without question. I have not had the windows long enough to have an opinion on energy efficiency or if they are tightly sealed etc, but I chose WW because I felt confident that should any issues arise they would be handled fairly. The installers had trouble caulking the windows without getting caulk in the drain holes which caused them to have to go back to each window to remove the drain hole stopper, wipe out the caulk and clean around that ridge as best they could to make the seal *look* nice and maintain a solid seal. The end result was a little messy. I doubt anyone would ever notice it but me cuz it's just basement windows. But when the company asks, 'what can we do better?' that process can certainly use some analysis and improvement. The installers were a little miffed but understood and did a nice enough job to clean it up. On a 1-10 scale, it's a one. I'm very happy with ALL the work and interactions with Window World.

Great! Great team, great product, great service!

It was great. They came out, they showed us all different kinds, and we picked out what we wanted. They came back out within two weeks. They make the windows themselves so that you don't have to go to a separate factory. It was a very nice experience. They took out literally a wall in my living room for the bay window. They had them installed. They took out the sliding glass door in my kitchen which had to be special ordered because it was originally a french door that was converted into a sliding door. They did both of them in the same day and quickly. It didn't even take the whole day. They showed up promptly and got to work right away. They were done before 2 in the afternoon. That's not even that generous on the time. They were just bam, bam, bam. I would recommend them to anybody.

Just had them installed today. Very pleased with how they look and work, and the warranty coverage no matter what the cause of damage to the window.

They did an excellent job. They cleaned up good. The product was good. The price was good. They advertised a window for $189, but I knew coming out that that was going to be a good option for me. The window doesn't have any gas in the middle. It is a plain Jane two pane window, so we upgraded the window from that. I was expecting the upgrade was not that much more, so I wasn't shocked by the difference. The salesman was pretty good. Everything went as I expected. When they did bring the windows and put them in two guys stayed until 8pm that night to get the job done. I called them out for some caulking or something minor and they came right out and repaired it. I'm going to put some more windows in the house probably next year and I'm going to use them for the rest of them. We had to order windows. It took about 6 weeks to get them. The windows are good and the installation is good. I shopped three different places and they were good on price. There are probably some better windows on the market. There is nothing wrong with the windows I like them. I only had to call them that one time. They were right on time everything they said they were going to do they did. The installers did okay. They were not rookies that had just started that one day. I went with them because I thought if I needed to get a hold of them it may be easier to get help from a company that deals in windows.

The process started off easy enough, quote for the one window, repeat measurement to verify its sizing, schedule install. however when our installer arrived the window had a large gap above it in the opening. the installer used some lumber that we happened to have and "made it work" as the old window was already out. I called to tell window world about the issue and they said the window was ordered that way intentionally because the outside of our sill sits higher than it does on the inside (which it doesn't). They said it was supposed to be installed over a 2x4 and somewhere that information was not conveyed to the installer. They had us schedule a time to re-install it. The first date to reinstall had to be rescheduled due to rain which is fine, but the next install day we scheduled for 8-10am. 10:00 came and went without even a phone call, so I called them. They inform me they can't get a hold of their installer and they're also wondering where he is. They said they MAY be able to get someone here today but can't guarantee it. I've now spent 3 days at home because of this window install and still don't even have an answer as to when this job will be finished.

Price. They were on time.
