"All in all they were nice and professional.  However, the other contractors all gave us a bid range of $5000-$7000 and none of them mentioned having to remove so much more flooring or our kitchen cabinets to perform the work needed.  When having multiple bids and with this one seeming so off base, we decided to go with another company."
