"I had great experience with JMG last year and they even did a few additional projects like clearing areas and trimming shrubs for me in addition to mowing. I was satisfied. This year my mowings became farther and farther apart and additional work they had estimated and I agreed to never happened. My lawn was mowed July 3 and not again for the rest of July. I emailed twice - first email was told there?d be here July 26 but that did not happen nor did a few days into the next week with a second email getting no response. "Donâ t waste your time and money on Greener Living. I had been a fairly happy Greener Living customer for just over two years. Early on there were issues - they were annoying but manageable. Over time, the frequency and intensity of the issues became unbearable. The Greener Living technicians and management failed to provide the â professionalâ part of a â paid professional service.â I began documenting and itemizing the issues. Here is what I saw: 1) Technicians failing to read gate codes from my account "notes" resulting in skipped/delayed services 2) Technicians not adequately using enough product on service 3) Technicians damaging sprinkler heads - two years in a row - with the aerator, despite me having flagged them with bright yellow flags 4) Too many pushy "sales" phone calls 5) Technicians using the wrong products and staining my property For all of these issues, I had to reach out and insist that some resolution be provided - it was not the default response. I eventually started communicating directly with Brian Mason (Owner & General Manager per his email signature). I gave them a couple opportunities to make it right and they failed. I eventually asked for a refund. Brian sent an email saying the refund would be processed and sent his apologies. The trouble is, at the time of writing this, it has been 19 days since â processingâ that refund and despite attempting to contact them twice since then there has been no refund. Stay away from Greener Living - they donâ t care about you, your property, or your business. They just want your money."

"We had to regrade / correct settling on our front porch and back patio. Jorge and his team were extremely professional and super polite. What I loved about them is their eye for detail and also not get frustrated with their work. If it was meant to be completed they did it. No 50% work.. full 100% commitment. Pricing was very very reasonable and would recommend them to everyone. They will be back in the summer for power washing and sealing the patio/ porch!"

"CRACKS, CRACKS CRACKS !!!My brand new ten month old driveway from Total Paving is a bunch of CRACKS!!! The cracks are growing longer and wider and new ones are forming all over my driveway- down the center of the whole driveway, along the sides and in between. The owner of Total paving George Lozada even noted on an invoice that “a notable amount of cracking , which is not typical for a year old driveway , has become an issue that may not be resolved by typical repair methods”However, he would not redo the driveway which is under WARRANTY unless I hired a soil Expert and agreed to pay for the dig up of the old driveway undercutting and new asphalt which was going to be the case as asking for a driveway without cracks was opening a can of worms . I already paid 11,589 and am not going pay for a redo .The Total Paving says they Guarantee an esthetically complete driveway that shows off its quality through its beauty”- that is Not my Cracked driveway! Total Paving website states “our commitment to you is to provide a strong and durable pavement that us functional , reliable for years to come “ - that is Not my Cracked driveway.Total Paving website states “the proper steps are taken to install a driveway that lasts “-that us not my Cracked driveway! Whether it was improper base,( which I have pictures when they widened my driveway on the cracked side they never added any rocks or base the day of installation)wet base, the asphalt material or installation workmanship something went wrong that day and my driveway from Total Paving is horribly Cracked!"
