RGC's Auto Glass

We have hired RGC's Auto Glass before and did not hesitate to call him again when a rock hit the windshield of another of our cars and cracked it. We called, and within 24 hours, we had an appointment set up. Right on schedule, Rich showed up and got to work. He is pleasant, efficient, and affordable. We will hire him again without hesitation.

I emailed Rich Thursday afternoon after discovering his voice mail was full. At 7:30 Friday morning, he called me and explained his voice mail was full because he was so busy but he would be happy to fit me in his schedule if he could that day. I appreciated the effort to work me in the same day. He said he might be able to get me in between appointments around noon, or it would be after 3 p.m. Either way, he'd phone when he was on his way. This worked perfectly for me because I was home all day. When we hadn't heard by 5, I picked up the phone to let him know he didn't have to come this late on a Friday night and we would have no trouble rescheduling. Turns out, he was on his way and was about to call to say he could make it still. He even called again to let me know he had to stop for gas at a station minutes from our house so he would be delayed by five minutes. Shortly after, he arrived in his van and got to work. Rich is very friendly and professional. He explained what he was doing as he repaired the windshield and didn't mind at all that both myself and my wife were observing the interesting process. The tiny hole on our windshield had already begun expanding in the days before calling Rich, and after Rich finished, only a tiny spec remained which is exactly what should happen. The whole process took about 20 minutes. We absolutley will call Rich again if we need a windshield repaired.

It could not have gone better. This is a small company of one. His name is Richard. When you call you talk to Richard and get a quote of cost. Then he will come to you, in his van, and do the work. The quality of his work ( I watched the windshield installation ) and the fair and low cost will be hard to beat. Richard is a one man gang and I am pleased to give him the highest rating and recommendation.

Everything went very well. Robert answered my call and we arranged for him to come to my house two days later, fitting both of our schedules well. RCG's price was considerably less than I would have had to pay one of the big-name auto glass companies.

It was a pleasure dealing with Rick. He was able to come to my office to replace my windshield the day after I called and did a great job for a reasonable price. Highly recommend.

We've used RGC 5 times now with replacing car windshield or covering a small crack. They are good to let you know if glass can be repaired or replaced. Always prompt, courteous, and professional My HIGHEST recommendation. A++++++++++

I called Richard and left a message around 8:00 am. He returned my call about an hour later and he gave me a price.He said he could be out later that afternoon. He came around 3:30 and was done by 4:00.Everything went great

I have used RGC Auto Glass in the past. Richard had replaced my windshield in one vehicle and fixed a rock chip in another vehicle. This time we had another rock chip in the windshield he replaced. RGC Auto Glass is a 24hr service emergancy service. Richard will come to your house or meet you at a location. He always returns your calls and will always answer your questions. I would highly recommend RGC Auto Glass for your repairs or replacements of your Auto Glass.

I called RGC on Wednesday night and the owner, Richard, answered the phone. He took the information about my car and gave me a cost estimate over the phone. He discussed possible times and places when and where he could do the work. When rain interfered with our first appointment, he let me know that he would stay in touch about other possibilities. He kept that commitment, came to my office when he said he would, and did the work in less time than anticipated and for the price originally quoted. I hope that I have no need of his services again, but wouldn't hesitate to call RGC if I did.

The service person I talked to on the phone was very friendly and knowledgeable and I scheduled for them to come to my home a few days later. He arrived promptly at the scheduled time, was very polite, and the work looks great. The price was a good deal compared with others that I called. I would certainly use them again.

I called Richard in the morning and told him I had a rock chip in my windshield that needed fixing. He indicated that it wouldn't be a problem, but he wasn't going to be in the area today. However, if I could meet him half-way, he would be able to squeeze me in between jobs. We met at the parking lot agreed upon and I was happy to see that the work was done quickly (20 minutes). He also was very good about explaining exactly what he was doing, as he was doing it. Even better, he offered a lifetime warranty on the repair and agreed to deduct the price of the repair from a windshield replacement, if the windshield ended up being unrepairable (which apparently, happens occasionally).

RGC Auto Glass was the first place I called for an estimate. I was happy with the quote, level of confidence and experience that I looked no further. I called on a Friday and they came out the next day. I was given a call regarding their timing and a 30 minutes heads up before they arrived. The job was done in less than an hour and the work was guaranteed. I will reccommend this company in a heartbeat.

He was at our driveway on time as scheduled and fixed them both in a half hour. He was sure one of the two fixes would be perfect, but the other was larger and he gave it a 60% chance of not cracking further. If the fix does not hold my money will be refunded or be applied to the purchase of the new windshield. What could be more fair?

I actually did not schedule this or meet Rich but my father did. He was very nice. He did have a bit of a scheduling conflict and tried to move the appt but my father had another appt so we couldn't. He came to our address and changed the windshield and was able to transfer all my stickers. The VIN plate was a off but otherwise it looks great we called Rich and he said he would fix it if we wanted but I declined. Glass looks to be of high quality no distortion.

I came out to my car to find a crack in the froont windshield, I started calling businesses to get an estimate & time frame to fix it. Evanston Auto Glass had one of the best prices and also the best availability to get it done right away. They gave me a quote over the phone & a time frame they could get me in the next day. I scheduled the appointment after talking to two more Services for the next day with Evanston Auto Glass. I brought my car in, they took it immediately, replaced the glass as promised, the quote given was exactly what I was charged. I could not be happier with their services. I would definitely reccomend them to others & already have.

Very helpful, made sure to let me know about all the expenses and possibilities. Showed up as promised and completed the work as stated. Very happy with the experience.
