"I bought an 8 unit building back in 2022. In 2023, I contracted with Don to install washers and dryers in each of the units. This was not a mere installation task. It involved plumbing and venting, etc. HUGE value add to the building. We also needed to lift and stabilize a kitchen floor that had been sinking toward one side. Quite a complicated task but it turned out beautifully and I have not had a problem since. Finally, Don completely renovated a unit including new kitchen and bath - turned out magnificent. And everything was done on time and even on a relatively tight budget. The subcontractors Don has working with him were excellent. The plumber, electrician, carpenter, and HVAC techs were all top notch. This is the hallmark of a GC who has been in the business a long time. I am currently looking for another rental property of similar condition (fixer-upper) and will undoubtedly use Don and his crew - wouldn't even consider using anyone else."

Out of many contractors I called to get an estimate, he was the only one willing to provide options to have the project fit our budget. From start to finish, this was not the remodeling nightmare that everyone prepared us for. Tim took time to fully understand our project, help us design two brand-new bathrooms in our upstairs space, and do it within our budget and more reasonably than any other contractor we had interviewed. Tim is extremely communicative and detailed, so we always knew where in the process we were, what was going to happen from week to week, and what we needed to do to prepare for the next phase of construction.
