He came by the very next day after I called, immediately found core problem with the door (simple loose screws in the hinges) and fixed then and there. The fix was so simple, he didn't even charge us. I so appreciate that Robert wasn't trying to scam us into a bigger more expensive project of replacing the entire door. He was patient and truly listened to what me needs were. Since I have a big home I wasn't able to have all my windows done at once. This was ok!
