"We had Salvador take down our ceiling and insulation in the kitchen and dining room and replace with new. He failed to properly quarantine off the rest of out home and as a result we are 3 days later still cleaning up. He said at the beginning clean up would be done but I guess minimal. He said he didn’t know we would want a deep clean, really? During the renovation I asked him several times that I would help him take down my over the hood microwave but he did it himself and now a have a microwave that doesn’t work and a gas range that has a broken grate and dents. Salvador asked what he could do to make it right and I thought about it o remote. The following morning I looked at my bank account and the check I gave him the following day had been cashed at a currency exchange with in an hour of our previous conversation. When I confronted him about helping the the damaged he said he was not going to. So the long story is don’t make that final payment until you check out all his work. Kevin"

"Everything about Brian and his subcontractors is top notch. My neighbor busted a water pipe destroying my first floor bedroom. Townhouse. The other companies I called told me it would take several weeks for them to come out. That is unacceptable! Brian came out that day ( and he was quite busy with other clients) the entire room needed replacement including the adjoining wall being replaced. From the painting, the carpeting, the cabinets and the cleanup these people were the best I ever saw. Very professional, helpful, class A group. Brian is the best and he wants to make his customers very happy. He did make me a believer! Thank you Brian."

He was extremely flexible with timing as the painting project was pushed back a couple different times due to things going on with our builder’s timeline. "I had an old claw foot tub that was refinished by someone that didn't know what they were doing. The finish failed and was peeling terribly. It was peeling so bad that it would clog the drain. NuCoat said that they would be able to refinish the tub so that it looked like new and they did just that. They showed up on time, explained the process, and started working. I was dreading the clean up that most contractors leave you with but when they came to get me there was no mess and it looked like they installed a brand new antique style tub. I am so happy I was able to save the tub at a fraction of the cost of what a new one would cost. I would recommend to call NuCoat before you call a remodeler. That way you get to keep the quality cast iron tub instead of a new flimsy fiberglass one. You end up with the best of both worlds at a fraction of the cost."

Between Jason and two of his employees the completed the job within 3 hours, two trips to the landfill! He gave my family the closure we needed when other Company wouldn’t take the job on.
