He came back again and said he didn't realize it was another level. He said he was going to recommend a french drain. Honestly, it was like a doctor who thought the patient wanted something to walk out of the door with and didn't know what to give him so he just wrote a prescription. It just didn't apply. I'm sure he knows what to do in standard, easy to read situations. I wouldn't recommend him. He told me he had another business which he tried to interest me in."
