"We had a complete remodel of our master bathroom. I came up with the overall plan and Mark (owner) of Modern View provided recommendations on where to go to select cabinets, quartz countertop, tile and faucets. John performed most of the work and his tile work was great. Took about 3 weeks and all the work was completed as agreed upon. Very happy with our remodeled master bathroom."

"After finishing the bathtub installation, shower plumbing and drain system outlined in my previous review a few months ago, Terry, Jodi, Kevin and Jim remodeled my bathroom and it's awesome. When I initially contacted Terry, he immediately indicated that my leaking tub issue is an insurance claim. The work described in my previous review was not covered, but the work described in this review was. This included removal of old tile (floor and shower), new drywall in areas where tile was not to be replaced (bathroom previously was tiled on all 4 walls), new tile on the floor and in the shower and installation of new shower fixtures, lighting and new toilet. The insurance company of course lowballed their settlement with me and Terry crafted a proposal which I submitted to them. They decided to cover all of it. Terry was very helpful in this process. It took a little while to get the remodeling work started as they were very busy this summer with many projects, which I guess is understandable if you have a reputation for good work. But once the work was started, they were working every day consecutively and on time, cleaned up well at the end of each workday and completed the work quickly. I had worked on a few creative ideas for the tile and they worked with me well to come up with a good looking and functional design for a good price. They were very knowledgeable about their work and it shows in the final product. I see a kitchen remodel at some point in my home's future and I'm definitely calling CCCM. Thanks again Terry, Jodi, Jim and Kevin."

"I called around 2pm with no heat since the prior day, and they arrived the same day around 4:30pm. They listened to the description of the problem and started testing first the pilot, thermostat, the power to the furnace, the power to the aquastat, and all that was testing correctly. It was actually needing a new aquastat (I have a boiler for radiators throughout the house). Since Shawn does not work on many boilers (mostly furnaces), he called another person who knew boilers and used FaceTime and his phone to show the part to the expert, and took pictures of the aquastat to take to the supply house.
They needed to get the part, and called me from the supplier to approve the purchase of the aquastat. They replaced it and also changed the thermostat (to a replacement I already had) and room position which also needed to be done.
They cleaned up what they worked on, did everything to my satisfaction and charged a very fair labor price over the cost of the part.
I would recommend them highly for furnace and boiler problems.

"Kyle. I think his name was, was fantastic. He wasn't comfortable with diagnosis s ok he called for 2nd opinion that was confirmed. He took a step further and did a water test and it was fine. He started looking at fairly new water heater. He then noticed a old water filter sitting on water heater leaking. Thanks to him his free estimate turned out saving me at least $1200. Thanks Kyle"

The average cost to snake your main sewer line is around $250 for a simple snake. Most sewer line specialists charge between $45 and $200 per hour for main sewer line snaking, so the time involved plays a major role. The price you’ll pay will depend on the severity of the clog, the item causing the backup, how long it takes to remove the item, and more. A more severe issue that requires unclogging a main sewer line will cost $3,100 on average.
