This is not a fair test of their plumbing. Fixing the problem required major wall removals which I am not willing to do and keep the same bathroom. Any large action is going to have a domino affect. I am keeping my problem and will eventually get the bathroom remodeled.

The sales rep did not test my water, but told me I needed an $1800.00 softener and an $1800.00 iron filter. There is no way of knowing the needs without a water test. He must of assumed I was ignorant and would simply go along with whatever he felt like recommending!
