My water heater went out and I called Drip Drop to help me replace it. They were able to come within a few hours to make the swap (I went and got bought a new unit and had it there for them) and took the old one along with them when they left.

I contacted them for a quote and their response was immediate. Scheduled an appointment and Rob came out to discuss. Really helpful and gave me a quote for replacing two toilets. I ordered the toilets and once I had them I contacted Drip Drop and had an appointment within a day. Unbelievable service. I asked for a Saturday and they scheduled Frank. Window for arrival was between 8-10 and Frank called at 7:40 to say he’d be there by 8. He walked in and went right to work. Was done and gone by 9. Amazing service. Honestly they were absolutely fantastic to work with. Highly recommend them.

I have to replace the shower knob and cartridge. The technician came in late and start quoting an exorbitant amount of money for a 10 min job. When I confronted him he started giving excuses and started reducing the price. Unfortunately, I got stuck with him even though the company told me that it is a free estimate.

Drip Drop Plumbing provided a site visit with competitive pricing Proposal based on reported previous contractor efforts which resulted in their project selection. The actual existing sanitary sewer unforeseen conditions, a result of previous contractors' incomplete and defective work, required a high pressure jetting method which was not anticipated by the customer. Drip Drop Plumbing provided an explanation of comparative methods and offered a No-cost option inclusive of camera assisted inspection at this time should the customer elect not accept the above method at this time due to budgetary considerations, which was substantially costlier than the original customary rod out method. This work was originally solicited by the customer as a P / M ( preventative maintenance ) item. Upon consultation and consideration, the customer offered the NTP and the task was completed in an expeditious and complete manner as requested. Drip Drop Plumbing offered a 5 yr. warranty against future line flow blockage in lieu of the customary 1 yr as an indication of their confidence level at the completion of the task. This was accepted by the customer. It should be noted that this costlier corrective method was recommended and found necessary due to the faulty, incomplete and defective work of previous plumbing contractors over a period of many decades. Drip Drop Plumbing corrective work is complete, fair and reasonable.

They solved a relatively problematic scenario and provided an acceptable solution. It was a bit pricey but it suited my eventual goals. In the end, I would recommend and would use their services in the future.
