"Our overall experience was very good. We called Nyberg Exteriors in early May after researching a number of contractors. Reports on Angie's List of responsiveness & quality along with their mission statement were the reasons we picked up the phone and made the call. Andy was prompt in responding to us with an estimate appointment on May 4th. He was thorough in his assessment of the problem, even suggesting improvements we hadn't thought of (They installed a working vent to the attic where a decorative one existed). We signed the proposal and deposited $1000.00. Then waited until July 18th for the work to begin. An unexpected long time, but agreeably valid reasons were: Andy's vacation; special order for the cement board; our vacation; subcontractor needing to repair own home after a severe storm that knocked out electricity in 100's of thousands of area homes.

However, communication was good and we were kept informed. Nonetheless, a cause for concern for the actual work getting done was there. But they didn't disappoint & showed up within a reasonable time frame from what we were given.

The workmen were friendly, efficient, and knew their stuff, asking questions about our preferences where design made a difference. They kept the site clean & picked up at the end of the day. And even though they had planned on leaving the trim white to blend with the stucco, they agreed to paint it if we supplied the paint. They even secured a couple of loose gutters. Thanks guys!
