"I needed someone to close my pool as an injury prevented me from doing the job myself. William (company owner) responded within 10 minutes of me requesting the service on Angi. We chatted about the pool, I sent him a couple pics of the pool and mechanicals. He provided a very fair quote right away. Based on his timeliness and professionalism, we scheduled the job. William and his crew arrived on time the next day and got right to work. Efficient, professional, and friendly. He knocked on the door to ask any questions he had during the closing. Start to finish, he and his crew had the pool drained, lines cleared, plumbing winterized and covers in place - all in about 90 minutes. Would have taken me all day! "There was a terrible storm overnight and my pool and spa looked horrific my pool was green and had a bunch of leaves and branches in it, I was hosting a big party for an engagement celebration the next day, so I was very stressed out, I had called other pool companies and received no response, when I reached out to Marco, he responded right away, was very empathetic to the urgency of my situation and he was able to come first thing in the morning and he made my pool look amazing!
