Respecting me as a consumer is one of the biggest concerns when interacting with a company. I want to feel like I got a fair deal without having to negotiate it. I based my final pick on each company’s reviews. Perfect Choice appears easy to get a hold of should issues arise. The installation went smoothly with no complaints on my part. They didn't sink the studs into concrete. Nothing was straight or level everything looked like crap. Other companies deemed the porch and balcony unsafe it was torn down I would never in my life hire this company again. And the meds they leave behind I'm still picking up screws and concrete a year later."

"Would give 0 stats if I could! Stay away from Tim. Quoted us for a fence with 2 gates as we wanted, showed up a week later with only one because he forgot. Due to supply shortage he couldn't get another one and the one he had was cracked anyway. So here we are October when the fence was done in May, being ghosted when all we want is the money for the gates and labor costs refunded. Tried to give them the benefit of the doubt but now not being answered is the last straw."
