Went very well. Jaime suggested they run a pipe from a downspout that was next to the sidewalk to go under the sidewalk to the grassy area the other side of the sidewalk. It was a great idea and looks great.

It started out very good. They were there when promised and removed the old patio concrete. There was one problem though. The person driving the tractor hauling the old concrete must've been in too much of a hurry to pay attention to my boarder blocks on the side of my garage. He hit them and moved the end corner and broke the top block. The rest of job went ok until the concrete had dried and they removed the forms. I made the mistake of giving Jaime the balance of the money before everything was cleaned up. They left my back yard looking like a new construction site. All the grass was dead and tire indents from the heavy equipment used were all over. I asked Jaime if this is how he left an established residential job(like new construction). He tells me they were very busy but he would get it fixed. Also, he needed to get some dirt.(I feel this should've have been in the original estimate) It took 2 weeks!! Had I not given him the balance I'm sure it would've been finished much sooner. I had to pay extra for 4 yards of dirt for them to clean up their mess. And, the dirt he brought was FULL of a weed I had never seen before. I had to bring a picture to someone who knew about plants to get something to kill it. It's worse than dandelions. Overall the patio looks nice, with the exception of a crack at one corner of an expansion seam. Which in the contract it states that this can happen. One other note I feel is worth mentioning. I disconnected my hose from the house but left the quick connect splitter on the water valve. I come home from work one day to find the splitter off the house and on the ground about 6ft away from the house( this was going in someones pocket, but he got interrupted). I told Jaime about this and the look in his eyes, he knew. There was NO reason to take this $10 part off the house water supply. If you're going to use Landscrete make sure someone can be there to over see.

Project went very well. Workers were one time and came when they were scheduled. Jobsite was cleaned up each day before the guys left. It rained several times during the project causing the machinery used to create tracks in the yard. Upon completion of the job, Jaime came back and added dirt/ seed/ hay to refurbish the lawn. I don't feel the damage was done out of negligence or poor workmanship - can't help it rained making the lawn soft. After the first coating of the "release" on the stamped concrete wasn't happy due to the extreme winds that day and re-applied a second coat the next day delaying the completion a day. Nice to see he cared to do the job correctly and not just move to the next project. Would recommend to other users, in fact I did to my neighbor whose looking for similar work.

From the removal of our old deck, to the beautiful stamped concrete, to the paver seating and firepit, Jaime and his crew did a superb job! They treated us and or property with the utmost respect and professionalism! We are very happy with the results and would recommend Landscrete to everyone. Jaime was always responsive to our questions throughout the entire process. They left the surrounding grounds neat and clean. We are very satisfied customers!

Jamie did a fantastic job. I am very happy with his work. Very professional and expert. He came with few of his guys and finished the work in a day. Even though it took couple of calls to get them to come back to remove wood boards and fix my lawn, Jamie was very responsive. Some of his people may not understand the details. But he did a California style patio for me. And I am very happy with his work.

After Jaime's crew placed the batter boards, I realized I made a significant mistake in the dimensions I provided for the pad. Jaime's team made the correction and the final slab was perfect!

The first thing I noticed was some loose blocks and tire scuffs on the decorative blocks on the side of my house, from the driver of the heavy equipment not caring how he was driving. Then I noticed my quick release hose splitter(approx. $15) disconnected from my hose reel laying next to one of the forms(ready to go in someones pocket!). I told Jaime and he knew exactly what I was talking about. The pour went fine. But he told me there were too many roots to save me any dirt. Not a problem I thought, I could take care of that myself. What he didn't tell me is that he wouldn't have any dirt to finish around my patio. When they finished the pour, he said I could pay him then or wait until his guys returned tomorrow to finish everything and give it to them. I gave him the check. BIG mistake!!! The job was left like a new construction project. No dirt around my patio, smashed land from the heavy equipment, and my fence looked like they had their eyes closed when it was put back up. It took 2 weeks to finally get it all fixed(they were really busy he said. Of course, he already had his money!!!) Then, there were some roots sticking up through the ground. Instead of pulling them or just cutting a little below the surface, they dumped dirt on top and left it as finished. Guess what? They popped back through the dirt. I joined Angies list specifically to research concrete contractors for this job. There was nothing but praise for Lands Crete. How well they did and such. I can't believe I am the first to have problems like this. Unless others didn't use Angies list or there were paid reviews. He does do nice work at a fair price, but somebody needs to be there to make sure his workers are careful and honest(you shouldn't need to do this, but this is my experience).

Project overall went very well. They had to get re-registered with my village for permit reasons, this took them virtually no time at all to complete with the village. Cost of the project was within my budget where as others were out of my budget. The quality of work and how the shed pad came out are great. Weather delayed my project a little bit but that is not there fault, we stayed in contact about when things would be done. There was no mess left behind, they took care of cleaning things up. I would highly recommend them to do concrete work, if I need concrete work done in the future I will be using them again.

This contractor was quick and did professional work. He walked me through the process and made me feel comfortable at every stage. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a reliable contactor that doesn't break the bank.

Our experience with Landscrete was very good! Jaime made sure to have all the details before starting, and made sure we understood the whole process.  He first met with us to show us pictures of his prior work and to help us get some ideas for our patio.  During the job his crew was very efficient and polite.  Jaime did a good job keeping us posted on the status of the job, and when the work would be completed. Upon completion, they were courteous about cleaning up any mess made by the project.  Our patio turned out great! The color was just as we hoped for, and the lines of the stamp were flawless.  I would definitely recommend Landscrete to anyone looking to have a stamped concrete patio!

Very happy with my new patio.  Edward, our salesman, was wonderful.   He was very accommodating and professional.   The patio looks great and it was the best price of 5 contractors we called.   I would definitely use them again.

I contacted Landscrete to give me an estimate on a 18ft. by 18 ft. concrete patio, and Mr. Jaime Ortega (owner) of Landscrete concrete company quickly came out to give me an estimate. Landscrete was the only concrete contractor I felt comfortable with because   Mr. Ortega is professional, punctual, and easy to talk to, very  friendly and amiable. His work was excellent and he is highly skilled, the quality of my concrete patio is excellent.
Landscrete not only removed an old deck, but they also quickly removed all the dirt and grass for me. The owner completely and efficiently took care of everything and my concrete patio is installed exactly how I wanted it. Landscrete is very professional. All of their employees are hard workers and do an excellent job. We had a 700sqft patio installed along with a built in fireplace. We are VERY happy with the end results.

I am happy for the most part. I got a little of a low spot on a part of the driveway but other than that I am happy with it. They were prompt and timely. They did good work.

Because the county kept forestalling on issuing a permit, for 4 months Jaime patiently waited, assuring me that he was still interested in pouring the pad for my new garage and my drive.  Within that period was my high school reunion in which one of my classmates also has run a concrete business for 40+ years.  He was will to give me an estimate but also looked at the estimate that Jaime gave me.  Jaime was available sooner than my classmate.  My classmate said that Jaime's estimate was fair.
Construction lasted 5 days.  Jaime had to remove the forms set up by Titan Construction which were out of square in not within county requirements.  The 20' x 26' pad was poured Thursday, the 135' drive on Friday.  I couldn't be happier.  I had to make some width adjustments and run new electrical conduit from house to garage but Jamie was accepting and open to all suggestions and adjustments.  I highly recommend Jamie and his crew for your concrete project.  Fairly priced, good crew, beautiful job.

Overall the project went as plan.   Unfortuantely, due to weather, completion of project was not as expected.   However, the work was done and the end results was great.    I am happy with the work.
