Country Concrete

I am beyond frustrated with Country Concrete and feel obligated to warn anyone considering hiring them. They did a patio job for us in September 2024, and it has been nothing but a nightmare ever since. The patio was way too sloped to the point that it can be seen by the naked eye and has been pointed out by multiple people who have visited our home and within just a few days it developed multiple cracks They promised they would return in early spring to fix their mistakes. Spring came and went. We contacted them repeatedly, only to be given excuse after excuse with no actual date for repairs. Eventually, they stopped responding to my husband altogether. When I reached out, they claimed they’d fix it “before it gets cold.” Well, here we are, over a year later, and nothing has been done. At this point, not only is the patio still a mess, but the company has completely stopped communicating. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable. We trusted them with a major project, and they didn’t just do a poor job — they abandoned it. This company took our money, did a sloppy, unacceptable job, and then disappeared. The lack of professionalism, honesty, and basic decency is shocking. Save yourself the stress, the frustration, and the wasted money — do not hire Country Concrete.

Old man Butch seems to have dementia! He cant remember anything? His sons do the forming and pouring and a terrible job at that. The patio is 2 and a half years old and has 4 huge cracks throughout the patio. Called butch numerous times to come out. Finally showed up and told me theres nothing he can do! "Concrete cracks" quoted. What a joke this company is! Court in the future

Spoke to the owner on the phone. Scheduled a day to come out for a quote. No call no show.
