"Jose was great. We contacted several companies to repair a railing which had been chewed by our dogs. We received no responses, except by Martin Woodworking. Martin was definitely not Customer Service Friendly. Jose immediately responded, came out to see what we needed, provided a reasonable quote. We hired Jose and he did an EXCELLENT job...not only that he sourced the wood to be able to use wood currently in place saving us money. He gave us the "worse case" quote in case he needed to replace more than required. Thus, there would be no surprises and in fact a lower cost.
