After understanding my needs they created a design suggestion and I loved it, they sent me the design and price quote and once I signed off on it they contacted me to schedule the installation. They kept in contact with me, sent me the installers name and my installers showed up on time, was done in 45 minutes, they completely cleaned up and were very professional, polite and easy to work with. "Jose was great. We contacted several companies to repair a railing which had been chewed by our dogs. We received no responses, except by Martin Woodworking. Martin was definitely not Customer Service Friendly. Jose immediately responded, came out to see what we needed, provided a reasonable quote. We hired Jose and he did an EXCELLENT job...not only that he sourced the wood to be able to use wood currently in place saving us money. He gave us the "worse case" quote in case he needed to replace more than required. Thus, there would be no surprises and in fact a lower cost. He is personable, honest, excellent craftsman, quality work, reasonable. He did exactly what we wanted and gave us options to save additional money. Would DEFINITELY recommend him."

They did such an excellent job and the closets and pantry have held up beautifully, so it was a no-brainer to have them complete my primary bedroom walk-in closet this month.
