"Absolute worst decision to go with this group of scammers. This is not a company, just bunch of pathetic liars especially Conan Bustos. Just like the other reviewer said, they came in under budget and did everything to get the job. It was an entire home remodeling project. If I go into details of what went wrong and what they did throughout 6 months this review will probably be 10 pages long. Every single day was a lie. Every small thing was a lie. No one was living in the house, day in and day out they lied about what was being done, when they come in, when they leave. And just like textbook liars, every time when confronted with evidence they would do anything for you to believe that you are wrong. Whenever it was undeniable they he would claim that one of his family members were in hospital , or someone died, or another pathetic lie. As for the job itself, the quality of their work is nonexistent. Every single thing they did had to be redone including putting plumber’s putty when they couldn’t run it properly, running electrical wires in plastic tubes that are not meant to be used in homes for many reasons including safety, wrong installation of 14 ft beam. Never used a level, every single 2x4 was unleveled. Every tile he out in is unleveled. They would paint the ceiling without patching, without Finishing structural work. It’s just too much to mention in a single review. At the end, they run away from job site with big chunk of my money and tons of problems left behind. Good thing is I have evidence of all of these in text messages and emails as well as recordings and photos. Now that I hired an actual contractor who got the job done in 2 months, I am preparing paperwork to sue these scammers. What’s funny is that they realized they are getting exposed, shut down their Facebook page with lots of negative reviews and opened another one. At the same time they are running ads on all Facebook groups in the area trying to scam more people. Do yourself a favor and stay away from these people!!!"

"I used this company last year during the summer to install a complete sprinkler system. Things started off wrong since the beginning but I had already given the owner 50% of the total cost of the project. I was scheduled for May and Jesus kept rescheduling me at the last minute. My project was not completed until 2 months later in July. He forgot to install the rain sensor and my sprinklers were turning on while it was raining. He did come back after several calls to install the rain sensor but did not properly conceal the cable and left it on the surface of the grass. It could have been easily cut while doing spade edging on the grass. I had to repair this issue myself. During installation they cut the DirecTV cable but since I have a protection plan with DirecTV that was not a big issue. One of the sprinkler heads was damaged and even though he was informed in August he never replaced it. He did the blow out during fall and he still did not replace the sprinkler head. It was not until this winter that the major damage was discovered. I have an electrical line that runs through the east rear side of my property. This line supplies a 240 volt electric heater in my dinning room that is used during winter. When I tried to turn the heater on in December it did not work. I called an electrician to diagnose the issue and discovered there was a break in the electrical wire around the area the sprinkler pipes were installed. He completely destroyed 10 ft. of electrical conduit while using heavy machinery to install the sprinkler pipes. I had informed him during the project to be careful in that area and only dig by hand. I am sure they noticed what they had done. 10 feet of conduit pipe vanished and he did not have the decency to repair the damage or inform me of the damage they had done. It was significantly more difficult to repair the damage during the winter since the soil is frozen. I called him to request his company to send someone to repair the damage or reimburse me. He never sent anyone so I had to hire an electrician. I paid the electrician out of my own pocket. Now, he ignores my calls and messages when I attempt to contact him for reimbursement for the damages. Please do not trust this company. If they damage your property they will not repair the damages. They are not reliable or professional."

FAQs for lawn irrigation projects in Chicago, IL
While watering your lawn by hand might save you money upfront, installing and using a lawn irrigation system does save you money over time. You are less likely to overwater your lawn with a professional irrigation system, which will cause a reduction in water usage. These systems use the right amount of water without waste. In addition, watering your lawn the correct amount will also help prevent different fungi from growing, saving you money in fungi removal costs.
Lawn irrigation is the process of getting water to your lawn, grass and all, for it to grow. There are five main types of lawn irrigation methods:
Manual irrigation puts you in charge of the flow of water. Using a sprinkler head on your hose is best to evenly distribute the water across your entire lawn. This doesn’t take much time but requires you to be physically outside holding the hose.
Above-ground sprinklers attach to your hose and rotate or oscillate around your lawn. Since these are above-ground, they’ll need to be moved when it’s time to mow, and depending on the size of your property, you might need to move it around your yard for full coverage.
In-ground sprinklers are flush with the ground when not in use but pop up above the ground level when it's time to water the lawn. Piping for these sprinklers is all found underground, and there are different types of sprinkler heads for different uses and lawn sizes.
Drip irrigation involves drip lines that are more efficient than sprinklers for more extensive lawns. This involves a lot of digging since they are installed underground, but it makes it easy for you to mow.
Rainwater collection and irrigation uses nature’s precipitation to water your lawn. This option might not be available in every area since semi-reliable rainfall is needed, though the barrels for this system can range from 15 gallons to 10,000 gallons or more.
Even though having a lawn irrigation system to water your lawn is efficient, you do not want to run it daily. It’s best to run your system two to three times a week. The length of time to run your system varies on factors like wind, temperature, and the variety of your grass, but 10 to 20 minutes each time is generally preferred. If you water too frequently, you’ll drown your grass and plants.
The cost of a lawn sprinkler system is $2,550 for the average homeowner. However, this price can range from $350 to $5,000 or more, depending on the type of sprinkler system you install, the size of your yard, and the type of sprinkler heads you choose. For example, rotating or oscillating sprinkler heads are more expensive than stationary ones, making the cost for one sprinkler head $2.50 to $30 each. Likewise, a yard that is 1/4 of an acre in size averages a total average price of $2,460; however, a one-acre yard averages a cost of $9,840.
The total time it takes to install a lawn irrigation system is roughly one to two days. This includes digging trenches for any necessary underground piping, placing the piping, wiring, sprinkler heads, and valves, and connecting your sprinkler system to your water supply. If you have a lawn larger than one acre, or if there are any municipality regulations that extend the project, you can expect the timeline to be closer to two days.
