"Bob showed up right on time and performed a Chimney Sweep. We had issues with smoke coming in the house in which he determined the issue and offered an inexpensive repair. In addition,we had him fully convert to a gas fireplace with the existing fake logs we had. He set everything up really nice and painted the interior walls and it looks great. The work was fast and very reasonable. Highly reccomend."

"PLEASE NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!! If you want a company that is an actual shot show I guess call these guys. They install a new Ac unit for us that they have never been able to figure out how to work properly. Every time they send someone out they have to clue how to fix it. Our AC has not been out for over a week! They sent a guy out that had no clue came back the next day and said he now knows what the issue is and would get the part order. We called last week to check the status and we were told the part is on order. Today we get a call they never ordered the part! We have to pay for labor that is not guaranteed before they can order the part. W** seriously!! Do your self a favor and do business with anyone but this company. They are scam artist that will lie and provide the worst equipment and then are able to fix it so they can make more money off of you. I will be filling a complaint with the BBB!!!"

They were highly communicative in all aspects of the job, and from the moment Frank and his team showed up to begin the work, they were warm, accommodating, and highly professional. Too often, when having work done on my house, I wonder if I am being taken advantage of or manipulated into doing work that may not be necessary. Working with Frank and Lisa was the exact opposite. "I hired this company to provide a flue and chimney video inspection to see if I needed one or two liners. They said they provide photos and video footage of the two flues plus a video of the top of the roof to see the integrity of the chimney cap and tuckpointing. I received no video for the two flues or the chimney top and no photos after I paid them $550, until I complained and then they sent me around 12 photos total--unlabelled. They said they lost the furnace liner video. They said the flue liner video was unavailable because it was too large of a file but later sent it when I complained online. They found mortar obstructions in my furnace flue but did not place that fact in their report or take it into account when quoting the job. Luckily, I had a guy who was able to do the liner, but I was not even able to give him the video or the photos before he began the job, because they were so delayed providing the results. They were quite rude when I asked them why they had "lost" the photos and the video. My guess is they intentionally "lose" documents if a customer does not use them for something additional after the inspection."
