Bob showed up right on time and performed a Chimney Sweep. We had issues with smoke coming in the house in which he determined the issue and offered an inexpensive repair. In addition,we had him fully convert to a gas fireplace with the existing fake logs we had. He set everything up really nice and painted the interior walls and it looks great. The work was fast and very reasonable. Highly reccomend.

Bob inspected the fireplace and chimney only to find that we would require a chimney relining in order to safely burn logs. This could have cost use between $3,000 and $5,000, He recommended we consider converting our fireplace to gas. Though we would have preferred to keep burning wood, we opted to save money and switch to a gas fireplace. We chose one of the recommended products he had on his truck and had it installed in less than an hour. The only hitch was a gas leak which was never noted before. He recommended a plumber colleague who was able to resolve the problem.

Bob removed a dead squirrel from the chimney and did a thorough cleaning. He also inspected the chimney. The cost of both services was $200. Bob described in detail how to use the fireplace since the house is new to us. He also suggested the type of wood to burn and how to convert the fireplace to a gas burning fireplace. He was on time and very clean. He used a disinfectant spray after removing the dead squirrel. We will definitely use his service again in the future.

Fantastic. Came out the day after I called and arrived on time. He did a great job cleaning the fireplace, and I'm now comfortable having indoor fires this winter since I know he did a thorough inspection. He also made sure to put down a tarp in front of the fireplace when cleaning it so there was no mess. Very nice and knowledgeable, 10/10 would hire again.

Quick and clean! The unit has been in use for 3 years and needed a good cleaning. I had them replace all the rock and embers just to make it look better. The tech was great!

Best money I ever spent. Decided to have a ventless firebox installed in my fireplace. installation was neat and clean, didn't take very long either. My fireplace was original to the house and I wanted it to do more than just look good. Bob installed the unit, showed me how it worked and suggested that I get a remote with it. The unit was used on Christmas Eve when our furnace went out and we were expecting people over. It was a cold night and the fireplace kept up with it keeping us all warm. I have used it every morning to get the chill out of the house and my gas bills have been surprisingly low considering that I turn it on and off several times during the day. Much easier to use with the remote, Bob was right to suggest the remote. I no longer shutter when the gas bill comes.

Rite-a-Way Chimney Sweep cleaned the chimney and wood fireplace. They did some needed cement patching on the inside of the wood fireplace. They checked out the gas fireplace as well by making sure it was working properly and that there were no gas leaks. Overall they did an excellent job.

Bob and Mike from Rite-A-Way did a truly excellent job. They showed me what they planned to do and explained the charges in advance. They did the work cleanly and showed me the difference afterwards. They didn't try to increase the price or add anything on. In short, Rite-A-Way did exactly what they promised and charged a very reasonable price. (I had received a quote a couple months ago from another company that was two times as much as Rite-A-Way for the same work and the other company "warned" me they didn't know what they might find as they got into the job--I felt I was being softened up for a much larger bill so I didn't hire them.) I'm so glad I hired Bob of Rite-A-Way. Good job, no phony charges, no scare tactics.

Bob, came to my home as promised on time even though I was not in his immediate service area. I found him to be a friendly man who was prepared to get the job done. Bob was efficient, thorough, and easy to converse with. He demonstrated to me how to open and close the flute, answered my questions about firewood and made suggestions on the best place to store the firewood. I characterize him has a man who has integrity and an overall passion for his service and he honored the 5% discount as advertised.

First I love this guy. I called Thursday morning, left a message, someone called me back 45 minutes later, and Bob arrived to my home 1 hour after that to perform the service. He brought tarps, explained everything to me, made recommendations and thoroughly cleaned the chimney and firebox. Will use him again, for sure.

I was in a panic because I came in from my morning walk and was hit with a horrible smell. I am VERY smell sensitive. I figured something was probably dead in the chimney. I called a few places and they couldn't get to me until the next day. I couldn't stay here with that smell. I found Rite A Way and they were at my home within 40 min and did everthing for $275. Considerably cheaper than the other places, not to mention the smell and grossness was gone THAT day! Thank you Bob for making everything better so fast. Your staff was a joy to speak with on the phone.
