Nermin & Sons do it all. I cannot tell you how good they are. They worked within my schedule and budget. The quality of work was amazing. I would recommend them to anyone. Contractors don't get any better than this. If you need quality work, and beyond (when he saw that additional work would be needed, he just did it). For your peace of mind (I''m 70 years old and have been dealing with Nermin for at least 15 years), please consider Nermin and Sons to meet your construction issues.

Nermin was timely in bidding, starting and completing the project. This project was large and required working around a very strict work schedule as imposed by my condo association. He was informative when explaining why certain planned design options would have to be modified to accommodate an unknown issue discovered during the demolition process. Was accommodating when materials needed to be picked up, often offering to retrieve them on my behalf. Also, he made himself available to meet contractors when needed to perform specialized work outside the scope of his bid. Work site cleanup was great. No residual damage was noted upon project completion. I really enjoyed working with a Nermin and Sons.

Nermin came to my property to scope out the work needed and provided a vague estimate. i explained that I was waiting for some of the parts needed for the repairs to arrive (they were late) and that when they arrived, I'll call back to set up time to complete the work. About 2 weeks later with parts in hand, I called and left a message. A week goes by with no return call so I call again and get his assistant live on the phone and leave a detailed message asking for an appt to get the work completed. She affirmed that he'd call me back asap. Never heard from them again.

Nermin and Sons completed the work to perfection. They were prompt, professional and courteous. They also were extremely focused on making sure that I was happy with the process every step of the way. In addition, they worked very well with my designer. I could not be happier with the outcome.

We hired Nermin for a kitchen and bath remodel and couldn't have been happier. He is extremely thorough, honest, and reliable in his work. There were several unforseen glitches in what we had planned, and Nermin was able to troubleshoot and come up with solutions to make the final remodel much more thorough and well done than the work we were replacing! He not only does high quality work, but has a good sense of style/aesthetic. Everything he did was thoughtfully planned and expertly executed. I will be hiring him again for any future work in my condo.

"Ms. [Member Name Removed], same day when you purchased your deal we sent you reply and asked you to let us know when to schedule it. We thank you for purchasing. I called twice your phone and left voice mail asking to let us know what and when would you like to schedule it. I am pretty sure you have some communication errors with the account and phone. We emailed you on your email provided through Angies List on November 1st the same day you purchased your deal. After that we called you in December after you left message 2 times and left you voice mail on the phone provided by you. Sorry we were not able to reach you and could not help you. Have a wonderful New Year!"
