"I tried several do it yourself treatments that failed before I started looking for a professional. I called 2 people who never called me back then i called Action. They answered right away and were amazing from start to finish! On the phone all my questions were answered and they were able to schedule on a day that was convenient for me. The tech Brandon called before he came and let me know that due to the rain they would not be able to do the mosquito treatment but would still come take care of the fleas. Brandon came and was amazing! Very knowledgeable and respectful. We had to leave the house for a few hours so the spray could do its thing so Brandon called and let me know when to start the timer. A few days later when the yard was dry Brandon came back out to take care of the mosquitoes. The first thing he asked was how the original treatment went. I was excited to tell him I had not seen a single flea! Action was so amazing I decided to sign up for a bi monthly plan to make sure the pesky things don't come back! My drywall was scheduled to be remediated, cut out and I was told last minute by this individual that he was not planning on coming to do the work in my house. He accused me of having details incorrect on the quote I was given although when I contacted the office the information, I had was correct. This individual was very unprofessional and rude and actually made some discriminatory remarks about my home saying I needed a hygienist to come out to my home and then declining to do the work in my home entirely. I had a leak in my home as my sewage backed up. Of course my home needed to have some work done on it and that is why I contacted the company. I ended up contacting another remediation company who literally came out to my home days later and completed the job with no hassle. I delayed writing a review regarding this company but felt it was necessary based on how this individual treated me and how the company was unwilling to actually assist me as a customer but decided to uphold a very unprofessional worker. To this day I am still in dismay by how I was treated."

"Had Beverly Plumbing & Heating install a shower. Installer tried to cover up big gaps where the shower panels meet in the corners by using caulking. I told him not acceptable! Things should be squared and this also looked horrible! Installer then tried to use a plastic PVC quarter round to hide that his install shower was not squared. He then put plastic quarter round to cover it and said it came with the shower kit and the quarter round was in the shower box kit - not true because the PVC quarter round had a date on it which was AFTER the manufacturing date of the shower kit that I purchased myself from another company 6 months before the install and just two weeks before he even started to install it. I also called the manufacture and they advised they don't sell quarter round in the shower kit! Which means he went to a box store and bought it and then had to be deceptive about it. Contacted this company by email a week ago and advised them the installer did not remove the plastic protection film from the shower kit which means joints are not sealed and water will now penetrate - the whole entire reason we replaced the shower in the first place. NO RESPONSE to the email. No answer by phone. Dr. Hachem"
