We ran into problems with old joists and the fact that the end post on porch had to be jacked up and both posts replaced. There were several things that we ran into they made the job longer, but he finished the porch with the time he had and is coming back to install stair railing and some trim around the posts this week.

He is very professional and knows what he is doing. He is very efficient and gives you the price up front. We will definitely call him again in the future.

He came out and did some measurements to figure out how much the materials would cost. He did a great job. He asked for money to buy supplies first. He showed me the receipts for the purchases and he was able to tell me a price up front. He did an excellent job. I was just really impressed. He also fixed the door latch. He always showed up on time and when he said he would be here. He went over just a little, only $10, but showed me how much he went over because of the cost of materials. I thought that his price was very reasonable.
