I contacted them to get a quote for a furnace to be installed in our pole barn as we were getting ready to have a whole house remodel. Dannie Gordon went above and beyond and came down that same day to look at the project….it just so happened he have a barely used furnace that he had removed from another customer who decided they wanted a bigger model…he promised they could get it in by Wednesday of the next week…as it turned out they called to see if they could do it a day earlier. I said YES….they even threw in a free digital thermostat. When I went to pay the next day I was rewarded with a new hoodie and t shirt with their logo! They are the BEST!

They were very helpful and willing to provide us with a model from a previous year at a less cost. They were very quick.

Had heat exchanger and exhaust motor replaced all were under warranty. Only had to pay labor. Tech was very knowledgable of equipment and office helped with warranty.
