They were very thorough and progressed through multiple steps of rodding and jetting before finally having to dig in the yard to add a cleanout to resolve my sewer issue. The entire team was contentious and intent at every step. Unfortunately, my 60+-year-old pipes needed a bit more than could be managed from inside the house. "Black Diamond has been one of the best finds we have had as new homeowners.  I like it because it is a one-stop shop and it is very easy to get an appoinment in a reasonable time with a knowledgable expert.  Of course, it will be more expensive than calling an individual practitioner, but as the saying goes, "you get what you pay for..."  We had a crack in our toilet bowl when we purchased our house and it got bigger over time.  It was leaking small amounts of water, so we thought it was best to get it fixed before it became a bigger problem.  I had a plumber scheduled to come out the next day who was able to remove and haul away our old toilet and install the new one.  We are very happy with the service this company provides, and also became Crystal Club members.  The membership includes certain benefits as well as a few included annual services (ac tuneup, furnace tuneup, inspection, water heater flush).  These services alone will more than pay for the membership, so it is worth it.

"After I posted the negative rating and narrative, I received a bewildered call from TDH.  They thought I should have called to reschedule, I thought they should have since they were the ones to cancel the appointment and how would I know when the item would be back in stock?  They were very accommodating in offering dates and times.  The tech arrived when he said he would and installed the unit.  Afterward he gave me a little overview of how the unit worked.  Nice unit, much fancier than the 25 year old humidifier that needed replacement.
As a gesture of goodwill, TDH offered a future complimentary a/c cleaning."
