I knew replacing the faucet and disposal would be a routine job. I was pleasantly surprised that the entire job went fine and they were finished in 2.5 hours. They cleaned up the work area and hauled away the old sink, etc. I will say that their prices are high, but I was willing to pay for quality work, especially with the tricky sink replacement."

"After I posted the negative rating and narrative, I received a bewildered call from TDH.  They thought I should have called to reschedule, I thought they should have since they were the ones to cancel the appointment and how would I know when the item would be back in stock?  They were very accommodating in offering dates and times.  The tech arrived when he said he would and installed the unit.  Afterward he gave me a little overview of how the unit worked.  Nice unit, much fancier than the 25 year old humidifier that needed replacement.
As a gesture of goodwill, TDH offered a future complimentary a/c cleaning."
