They were very thorough and progressed through multiple steps of rodding and jetting before finally having to dig in the yard to add a cleanout to resolve my sewer issue. The entire team was contentious and intent at every step. Unfortunately, my 60+-year-old pipes needed a bit more than could be managed from inside the house. "After I posted the negative rating and narrative, I received a bewildered call from TDH.  They thought I should have called to reschedule, I thought they should have since they were the ones to cancel the appointment and how would I know when the item would be back in stock?  They were very accommodating in offering dates and times.  The tech arrived when he said he would and installed the unit.  Afterward he gave me a little overview of how the unit worked.  Nice unit, much fancier than the 25 year old humidifier that needed replacement.
As a gesture of goodwill, TDH offered a future complimentary a/c cleaning."
