"For the 20 years we have been in our house, we used The Kitchen Master for our kitchen, our master bathroom, our hall bathroom and the best **** mud room you will ever see. Jennifer is an extraordinary designer and Ted is a perfectionist who will make sure his team delivers top notch work. For our first project, the kitchen, we ordered the cabinets through The Kitchen Master but had our own contractor install them. Big mistake! A few years later when Ted came to the house for the next project, he was so disappointed with how my contractor hung the kitchen cabinets that he fixed them for me. I’ve never used anyone else since. We haven’t had a major project in about 5 years but when I decided to sell my house, I needed a few things fixed to make everything look great. Some water damage below the sink had warped that cabinet, a toe kick was beyond a simple touch-up, and then I broke a glass pane in one of the kitchen cabinets 2 weeks before showings were to start. Ted and his team hopped right on it when I called. They didn’t have to do that. My work wasn’t going to be a big money maker and I’m moving out of state so there isn’t the promise of a lot of work in my next house. But none of that mattered. "I’m normally not the type of person to write reviews. Good or bad. But in this case I couldn’t not say anything. We had laminate flooring put in our whole home about 6 or 7 months ago by these guys and spent a good amount of money. We immediately started having issues with locking mechanisms breaking because of a poorly prepared subfloor. Mark, the owner who guarantees his work for a year sent a crew back to fix problem. Which they did and while laying the kitchen floor back down they glued every joint which is not a normal thing to do for laminate flooring. After about a week we still had the same problem with it breaking. Now he refuses to fix it because he found out his crew glued the whole kitchen floor and it will all have to be replaced to get to the problem area. He told us if we had to pursue legal ramifications that was fine which we are in the process of doing as we speak. Do yourself a big favor if you are considering hiring mark from ground Fx flooring to do your floor. DONT!! Save yourself some time and money and one **** of a headache."
