+ -1 moreInitially J Lawrence was responsive, but that soon faded after the sale. We've had significant issues after the sale of our home, while still under warranty to which J Lawrence has not responded at all, even to the BBB. Issues include unfinished work, failing trim, sticking doors, buckling floors, and significant drywall defects.
Description of Work: We chose to purchase a home directly from J Lawrence and after doing our homework, they seemed like a solid builder which is tough to find anymore. We further contracted J Lawrence to finish our basement and expand our porch.
