The windows fit and look great.  They did a nice job of cleaning up, both inside and outside the house.  And they finished all of this in one day.  Start to finish, I believe they installed everything in 6-7 hours!  I cannot say enough good things about this whole experience.  And they charged less than half the price of their local competition!  I can't wait to recommend them to my friends and family.

"Canâ t say enough good things. I bought an old house with some small issues with water leakage. After a good rain we would inevitably at least have some water in the basement. After 3 years, I decided it was time to have a dewatering system installed. I received quotes from three companies, not only was PIVOTAL the best value but they also were very trustworthy and made sure I understood every step of the process. On the days of the install, the crews were courteous and extremely efficient. They completed my 800 sq foot basement in a day and a half and left the area spotless. It was almost a month and a half before our first rain and I was dying to see how it performed and it worked as expected. A few days later we got 10 inches of rain and I thought for sure even this new system wouldnâ t be able to keep up. The basement was dry as a bone and there wasnâ t even a drop of water. For the first time since Iâ ve owned my house, I have furniture set up in the basement and itâ s now another comfortable living space. Additionally, I know when I look to sell this house in a few years, that I will likely recoup my investment from having a water-free inspection.
