The provider stated he needed a tree climber to get to taller limbs. The crew was back on 11/16 but there were issues that day and didn't finish with 1 tree. They returned on 11/20 and were able to complete the job of one tree and promised to return to complete the 2nd tree but there has been no further contact with provider since then. Each day they were here, the crew did clean up branches and limbs and those were removed by provider."
