Jim Hinkle

First, Jim was incredibly difficult to contact. At one point he promised to get back to us and then he never did. I had to call multiple times to be able to get a quote. Second, he repeatedly told us the salesman had ripped us off and sold us something expensive just to make a buck. This was incredibly insulting because the salesman he was insulting had recommended him, and because the salesman didn't "sell" us the unit, we did our own research before deciding on it. Third, because Jim decided to do the quote based on pictures, instead of in person, he didn't understand what needed done and ended up way over his own deadline. Fourth, Jim told us he could handle the granite work. He cannot. He hires another contractor on your behalf and tells you to pay them. All of that said, we went slightly past Jim's estimate after also paying the granite contractor, but it was still reasonable. The was job done well and looks great. However, he is unprofessional and I would not hire him again.

Slow process, tile workers mocked our color choice the entire project. Jim was nice a personable but as the GC rarely came around. His son who handled the project was rarely on time and if scheduled a date always skipped showing up for other projects. On 1 year warranty replacements covered under their contract Jim Hinkle has vanished and won't return to the site to fix their mistakes.

Jim and company did an excellent job and more importantly Jim spend his time to research and suggest appropriate models to buy.

The tile on the floor started coming loose, I had to hire someone else to come back and fix it. I was not pleased with the work that was done in my bathroom. I feel like the quality of work was poor. They put grout down the sink.
