Cons: Never quoted job (figured it couldn't be that bad for a fan install so didn't ask - big mistake) and appointment was a month out for 7:30am on a Friday. Informed them I worked nights at the time of booking. They text me at 6am that day to inform they'd ould be late and arrived at 9:46a (I'm 25 hrs awake at the point they arrive). Invoice for $737 comes across. Inquired about the $300 for labor for one and $375 for labor for the other and was told "We usually charge round trip, and I only charged you one way. And there was no existing switch or fan location,if it was as simple as just changing a fan out there would have only been one". Double labor charge unfair."

He sent all his credentials and licenses and insurance coverages of his business and they came over the next morning and completed the installation extremely fast. He gave a fantastic offer, and lifetime warranty coverage and will even come over and take down system when we replace the roof and place back up at no charge! His wife even saw some plants we had not put in the garden still sitting in containers, and offered and planted them in the spaces we wanted, just to help out.
