Erik and his team are excellent. From leadership to laborer, everyone is polite, responsive and hard working. Erik treats his team well and it shows in the final product. They also return to adjust things post-construction when called. The best part is that the project met the schedule and stayed close to budget. This is the best outcome for construction. I have recommended Erik to friends and neighbors.

BE&D Builders did a complete renovation of a Victorian home that suffered a fire. They did everything, from foundation work to framing, plumbing and electrical, new kitchens and baths… the works! I was there a LOT, and had lots of ideas about what I wanted. And I ended up changing some things along the way as well. Erik was very calm and understanding, working with me on everything. He is a natural born problem solver as well- sometimes things would happen and I would freak out! But Erik always calmed me down and came up with solutions. The house is gorgeous.
