"These guys are amazing! They took a concrete pad, cut it in half and raised one section to create a step. This allowed for easy entry into our building instead of a high stair. Secondly, they leveled a 50 foot long span of sidewalk where each section tipped a different direction. It was a mess and they made it smooth and hazard free."

"From start to finish we couldn't have asked for more.  Greg came and gave the estimate and exactly on time and gave a fair price for the work.  There were two primary components to our job:  reinforcement of the footings and support of the crawlspace itself (likely a former back porch at one time) and then encapsulation of the space itself.
While this first seemed like a two-day job, Greg was able to send two teams.  The first arrived early and cleared the crawlspace and went to work on the supports.  Later in the day, with the new concrete hardened, the rest of the work was done.
BOTH teams were professional and courteous and happy to show progress along the way.  
We now have a better-supported and sealed space.  It's still not heated so it can only be used for limited storage, but that's fine with us, we're happy it's better insulated and better defended against rodents.
We had many other questions about adding support in the space but Greg was careful to tell us that work like we were suggesting would be best provided by an architect first, since it was becoming a structural concern.  This was sound advice.  Should we decide to investigate these possibilities down the road, we'll talk to an architect.  Greg never tried to "sell" us on anything that didn't fit HIS expertise, which is the right way to do things.

"Brian and his crew returned to my building on a warranty followup- their previous work done wonders for my flooding problems, but my foundation walls are apparently made of swiss cheese and there was one small seepage problem remaining which only shows up during a "100 year rain event".  Brian indicated that they go for 100%, not 99% and scheduled time to come back out to my building to address the issue under the warranty (a.k.a. free of charge) from the original work.  They came back out, dug up the foundation again, and found a crack hidden behind an old hasty concrete patching job that had been tarred over, which was determined to be causing the remaining seepage.  They repaired the crack and were done with the whole task in only hours.  I am a repeat customer, and can't say enough good things about Crawlspace and Basement Waterproofing solutions, they are friendly, helpful, and most of all, stand behind their work!
